We stayed at Gran Central Suite in Madrid and really liked it. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The location was great, within walking distance to many tourist spots like Gran Via. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our family of three. It had enough utensils, and there was a grocery store nearby. The Noviciado metro station was just a 5-minute walk away.

The property is great..!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the city and giving out recommendations for eating or sightseeing.
And YES!!! THERE IS an ELEVATOR!!! All the people complaining that they had to carry their luggage up the stairs, probably did not take the time to ask or look for one…

Disappointing Stay – Noisy and Inconvenient
If you're looking for a restful night’s sleep, avoid this place. The property has no elevator, so I had to haul my heavy luggage up to the third floor. The staff lacked the hospitality to make guests feel welcome or valued.
The worst part? The noise. The property has zero noise insulation, making it impossible to sleep at night. Between the bar’s late-night deliveries, loud street cleaning at 2–3 AM, and constant chatter from the street, it felt like sleeping in the middle of a busy road.
If you’re planning to sleep during the day, you might be fine. But if you need a peaceful night's sleep, stay elsewhere.

We loved the location of the property. It was close to things we wanted to see and walk to. It felt safe. The apartment was very small. There wasn't a lot of room to open a suitcase unless you put it on the bed. We were utilizing the sofa bed and that left no floor space. Sadly, this property was very loud at night. There is no elevator, so you hear guests going up and down the stairs, talking, singing, banging, you name it. The hallway light is motion activated and turns on and off all night, as well. I cant tell you how many times I woke up from multiple interruptions. Still, the place had everything needed for a stay in Madrid.

El wifi directamente no funciona y dentro del edificio no llega la señal, tuvimos que bajar a la calle para poder tener señal. Estaba descuidado el estado apartamento, el precio no estaba mal pero la publicidad nos daba a esperar más. La información del establecimiento es confuso, serviría más al cliente si se unificara.

Excelente atención, ubicación y tamaño del apartamento…todo muy limpio. Lo único es que la señal del wifi era muy débil, la mayoría del tiempo estuvimos sin poder conectarnos.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and well kept. Microwave did not work and have to be careful of the a several parole in your party taking showers as the hot water tank is on the small side.
