Very clean apartment. Easy check in process. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Loved the location, walking distance to gran via and tons of bars/restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The information online says there is no elevator on the property but there is one elevator. I booked three studio type suites. The room size was good and they were all on the ground floor. There was a washing machine inside each suite, which was handy. The biggest disappointment was that all the suites had only had one window facing a small indoor space and we couldn’t see anything outside. It was a long four days to be in a closed-in room.

Clean property and friendly staff. Well located to visit central Madrid.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, wonderful staff and great place. We booked additional nights and would definitely stay again when back in Madrid!

Be warned when booking here!! To start, our reasoning is more personal at first but I'll include for detail anyway. The entirety of our stay here started out bad once our flight had been delayed and we asked the hosts to please try and give us a refund for the night we would not be occupying the space. Despite us not being in the building they refused to cooperate with us and charged us for the extra night anyway. While this may be on us, once we arrived we noticed immediately that the apartment looks NOTHING like the pictures. There is no indication that there were other apartments available aside from the one we paid for. Furthermore, the fridge was dirty with a cut up onion inside that made the whole fridge reek of onion. We also mentioned it was a two person stay and they only gave us one bath towel. There's VERY little accommodation and the hosts were rude when spoken to as well. Unexpected stairs- On top everything there is over 9-12 flights of stairs and there was again absolutely no indication of this. There is no wheelchair accessibility for any of the apartments here. High risk of theft The entire neighboring streets nearby are very sketchy . Strange men loitering outside, fuming scents of urine literally everywhere, graffiti sprinkled all over the streets and walls. We still gave it a chance and to our consequence the very next morning our rental car was stolen. There's no cameras or anything to detect it or have helped us. No windows there's no windows in

Muy limpio y completo para parejas o familia, localizado cerca del centro de Madrid, donde puedes caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, plazas etc, pero no tiene elevador, si te hospedas en el piso 4 y tienes equipaje es un poco incómodo, si vas en coche tienen parking también

La habitacion estaba bien y el personal amable.

Um apartamento que tem apenas uma excelente localização. Barulho a noite inteira, nas escadas, nas ruas, insuportável parece estar dentro do quarto . Camas ok, sistema de ar ok 👍 Banho , um absurdo alugarem para 6 pessoas com um sistema De aquecimento de banho que não suporta né 2 banhos seguidos que logo a água esfriava ! Enfim , se estiver em casal e queira badalar o local é perfeito ! Mas para família não indico

Fue complicado bañarnos las 3 personas, porque se acababa rapido el agua caliente. al abrir el sofa cama queda porco espacio para las maletas o para caminar por el departamento, por lo q teniamos q abrirlo y cerrarlo todos los dias. las escaleras son en realidad 4 pisos, si estan pesadas sobretodo para mover equipaje.

Ficamos em 3 apartamentos no mesmo prédio. A nossas unidades eram internas, então senti falta de uma varandinha, mas na hora não prestei atenção se tinha essa informação quando reservamos. O apartamento é limpinho com uma boa localização, rua tranquila, conseguimos fazer tudo andando. Super recomendo.

Perfect for one or two people. Small apartment. A walk to go everywhere though. Checking the cleaner hadn’t cleaned room. But overall good.

The apartment had no hot water aft

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado para caminar y tiene cerca el metro. 2 habitaciones perfectas para familias.

Room was clean but quite worn. Location was closed to Grand Via and easily within walking distance to a lot of main attractions. Upon check in, one of our party was given the incorrect room to check into which was already occupied, and then the incorrect code to access their correct room. The hot water ran out very quickly, which for a 5 person apartment was not ideal as no more than 2 people could shower at any one time without waiting for hours for more hot water. It is also worth noting that the street facing apartments are VERY noisy. The main bedroom is at the front of the building, and the narrow, cobbled street is extremely echoey. With dustbin collections every morning around 1am, and constant action down there, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs in.

Lovely stay in the middle of Malasena, and quiet room.

We enjoyed the great location. Spacious and clean. Comfortable beds.

Our stay was comfortable and the location is excellent — you’re right in the middle of everything. The gentleman on our first day was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and convenient overall. However, there were a group of teenagers staying the same night who went out partying, and we could hear stomping and noise throughout the night. The walls are quite thin, so you hear everything.

Un plus es su ubicación a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la gran vía y del centro de la ciudad. Aunque el exterior del edificio no es muy agradable el apartamento estable impecable, mobiliario moderno y en muy buen estado. Cómodo para cuatro personas. La calefacción, la estufa y en general todos los implementos de la cocina en perfecto estado y los necesarios para una excelente estadía. A menos de 100 pasos de una farmacia y una cafetería. En general muy bien todo.
