El hotel está super ubicado, a 3 calles de la Gran Vía y cerca de 2 metros: Noviaciado a 200 m de distancia y Gran Via a 700 metros.
Tiene cocina, microondas, lavadora y refrigerador, cama y sofá cama muy confortable, el baño es grande y tiene calefacción y agua caliente. Para ser europea, tiene gran relación precio calidad.
Son pequeños apartamentos, hechos para disfrutar
Ahh! No hay elevador por ser un edificio antiguo pero muy bien mantenido y la recepción está al frenre! Es super moderno el acceso, pues te dan clave para las cerraduras digitales.

Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.

地點不錯，算是市中心，房間設備很齊全，員工也很友善，但可能是因為比較晚才洗澡，浴室洗手台熱水很熱，但沖澡的熱水卻是溫溫的，另外因為住1樓，所以吵雜聲也比較大，但整體而言算是一家不錯的旅館

Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.

Great location. Close to many places to eat and close to metro and bus stop to get to sites to see. Staff very responsive. The room is great for 2 people but we had three and the couch when pulled out took up the whole room making it difficult to walk around and get to bathroom at night. Unit had a washer dryer but it was one unit. But did not dry at all, we had clothes in there for 4 hours. so be prepared to hang dry your clothes.

The property is old and pretty tight for 3 adults. Since we had to use the sofa bed, it basically took up all the space in the living room. The location is superb and easily accessible to many attractions by foot. Generally clean and a good value for our trip with a kitchen and even a washer.

El departamento está descuidado, las paredes muy sucias. El baño tenía cabellos. Me dieron una habitación en la Panta 2 del edificio que no tenía ascensor y con mi equipaje me costó mucho. Al llegar habían cables por todos lados porque no tenían señal de internet. Si bien la arreglaron rápido no fue mi mejor experiencia esta vez y ya me había hospedado con ellos en el edificio principal

Hotel muito bem localizado, perfeito para quem quer ficar perto de todos os pontos turísticos de Madri. Usamos o transporte público que funcionou perfeitamente e fomos facilmente para Toledo, uma bela cidade medieval. Cama confortável, chuveiro quente, aquecedor, utensílios domésticos, tv com vários canais e produtos de higiene. Um café Nespresso delicioso . O staff era cordial e gentil. Não faltou nada.
