Todo limpio y el personal muy amable y resolutivo. Tuve un problema con la calefaccion de la habitacion pero en cuanto di aviso lo solucionaron rapido. El personal del restaurante tambien estupendo, comi una ensalada muy rica. Gracias por todo.

The hotel was fine overall. It is a bit further away from the city centre; however, if you use the metro or take taxis, getting around is easy. The room was relatively small, so it could feel quite cramped at times, but it was manageable for the five days we stayed. The pillows could be better, as they were very soft and only one was provided per person. The bed was also a little bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was very welcoming. They left a welcome note and a small gift upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and housekeeping is done daily. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but it’s only a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I recommend asking the concierge for the shortcut to the metro, as Google Maps shows a 10-minute walk while the shortcut is much faster.
