Very nice area, staff friendly and helpful. The only comment, the mirrors weren't very clean, but not a big deal. Highly recommended 👌

Great staff, that was super helpful and attentive. Restaurants in the hotel open late for dinner but can also walk to local places. Sites reachable by both bus and train.

The place is well kept, it is close to the Metro and places to eat, but the staff was annoyed at every question we had. If not for the staff it would have been a pleasant stay.

The hotel was fine overall. It is a bit further away from the city centre; however, if you use the metro or take taxis, getting around is easy. The room was relatively small, so it could feel quite cramped at times, but it was manageable for the five days we stayed. The pillows could be better, as they were very soft and only one was provided per person. The bed was also a little bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was very welcoming. They left a welcome note and a small gift upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and housekeeping is done daily. The hotel is not very close to the city center, but it’s only a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I recommend asking the concierge for the shortcut to the metro, as Google Maps shows a 10-minute walk while the shortcut is much faster.

La habitación la seleccionamos porque era una cama king con una cama matrimonial y cuando llegamos al hotel eran dos pequeñas unidas mi nene se cayó por la Parte de Enmedio. Adicional nos entregaron dos habitaciones y nos dijeron que teníamos checkout late a la 1 las habitaciones ya se habían bloqueado.

Amazing stay!! Everyone in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. One gentleman even helped me get soda out of the vending machine at 3am!! LUCIA allowed me to check in early after a long travel on plane and taxi- upgraded my room for free on top of that!!! The cleaning was immaculate. The cleaning service lady left the room spotless everyday, i would see her in the hallway and she would offer me towels, soap, waters whatever i needed additional. Ive stayed at tons of hotels in the past but this one was perfect to say the least

For breakfast , I have the following Suggestion : in case of having the small porcelain cups for marmalades and honey , other hotels in Europe use biscuit cups like the ones for ice creams. You can have big quantities and you don’t have to replace all the time the plate which in many cases it was empty. Other suggestion is about the air conditioning, it was too noisy in the room so I had it off . The smell in the hotel , I miss some nice smell not only in the reception area but also in the rooms. The fist perception of an arrival into the hotel is also the smell . Our room was ok I liked the bed but I don’t like the rooms to be so close to the elevators, too much noise.
