Amazing staff, very helpful and kind.

Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5.

La habitación es extraña pues no tiene una ventana a la calle . Más bien las ventanas dan a una tina que está al aire libre. El hotel muy limpio pero tiene un tema: si quieres ir al baño tienes que prender el pagador máster que prende todas las luces. Yo viaje con mis hijos y pues al despertarme tan temprano tenía que quitar los focos de las lámparas para no despertarlos. Muy buen restaurante

Great service and very friendly staff

The service and cleanliness of the hotel were below my expectations. It can also get quite noisy due to the nearby bars. Unless necessary, I believe there are better value alternatives available.

Die Zimmer waren dunkel , Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich - allerdings wurde uns beim Check in ( wir konnten erst um 15uhr einchecken ) weder etwas zu trinken oder eine Alternative geboten um die lange Wartezeit zu überbrücken .

Breakfast was delicious, staff great And attentive. Upgrade rooms are the way to go Need bigger gym. But, definitely 5 star

The hospitality of the staff was impeccable.

It was a wonderful base location for our visit to family. The connecting rooms were convenient providing private spaces when needed. The staff and service was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with really incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came here with my husband as part of our honeymoon, and the staff was so generous by providing us a celebratory welcome treat. The hotel’s location made it really easy to take a taxi into old city and walk around Nimman. The tours the hotel had to recommend were absolutely amazing - we did a full day excursion in Doi Inthanon and it was a major highlight of our 3 week trip! Our hotel room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of outlets that were compatible without U.S. appliances. The complementary breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. The quality and flavor of the food over the four days we were there varied. Based on our experience, we decided not to try having lunch or dinner at the hotel. Overall, it was an absolutely delightful experience, and we would stay here again if we returned to Chiang Mai!
