The hotel is on a cliff so everything is up and down multiple stairs. The room was very musty and moldy. I got a lung infection from staying there. Service was poor. Impossible to get towels or assistance.

The oceanview room we had was obstructed by powerlines. We had to call on a nightly basis for face clothes. Room was awesome. Majority of the staff were helpful and courteous.

The property was very nice and the pool was wonderful with a swim up bar. Rooms were clean and the staff was attentive to details. Within a mile of all the action in Patong. One negative was no AC available for breakfast eating spot and main lobby so it was a little hot.

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms overlooking the bay. Beautiful sunsets from our room at the top of the resort. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be in a quieter part of Patong but still close to lots of nightlife it’s a perfect location

Diamond Cliff was great. So many well-thought out luxuries, such as a little fruit stand, beach bag, and to-go towels in reception. Breakfast buffet was very good, and the shuttle was nice because it is on a cliff. We liked the pools, including the little underwater jets to rent. The slide wasn't as exciting as it looked in the pictures, but great for little ones.
The location was great. We weren't sure which beach to stay at, and went between Patong and Karon. We liked Patong's walkability and activities better. Kalim right nearby had a reef to snorkel and Patong down the hill had lots of activities and shopping. All the activities we booked had no trouble picking up from Diamond Cliff, and cabs knew where it was. Traffic is bad though, so if possible, pick activities that are near wherever you are staying, maybe doing river rafting from Patong and scuba from Karon.
A negative is they seemed to run out of towels and we got pool towels in our room for a bit. It also wasn't set up for 4 when we arrived, even though our reservation was for 4.
Out of our 5 hotels, Diamond Cliff is the one we definitely would book again.

Overall, the resort was good. I will say when you check in there was a long wait and it was super hot if they can improve on that that’s one thing I would suggest. One of the biggest turnoffs for my family was that anytime you leave the room Coming or going you had a hike all uphill to your room and or downhill and that was hard with us with children and a stroller. They do have a shuttle that comes around every so often. I also thought we would have the Sweet we reserved would have a Secluded small pole from what was advertised and it did not have that. It was a pretty area and rooms were pretty. The service was great though when we did call for room service or needing towels. Overall, our experience there was good. And the views were very pretty.

Great location to Pa Tong beach and Bangla Street and shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent stay. We had a room with a balcony with a stunning seaviews. Recommend stay.

Overall good but could be better. The good thing was the lounge for our late checkout - very comfortable. Breakfast had good variety of choice but it got monotonous - same thing for 2 weeks.
It was a pain to leave the hotel and back as it was in the middle of the noisy Patong beach.

We stayed at Diamond Cliff for 9 days and had a wonderful experience! The staff was always so kind and accommodating- they really made us feel welcomed. Our room was also clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
We had the breakfast buffet every morning and were pleased with it. There is good variety to suit any cravings- with excellent fresh fruit!
This resort is up the side of a hill so you may find yourself walking up and down stairs often. The staff drive shuttles constantly from your rooms to the main lobby. This helps everything feel very accessible.
There are two pools here- we spent most of our time at the waterfall pool. It was a refreshing and relaxing getaway area. This pool was family friendly but never felt overcrowded.
Overall we had a wondeful experience and would highly recommend!

My stay at the Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa was an amazing experience, the staff were all so friendly and the rooms were very neat and clean when we first checked in. The amenities they had were incredible and the whole resort was very neat, 10/10 stay and I would definitely recommend this beautiful resort to anyone wanting to have the best stay in Phuket.
