All inclusive was not all inclusive. You get coupons and have to eat off different menu. Staff acted stupid about coupons. Ruined the stay there. They should have refunded money for coupons. I gave them back and told them it was to much trouble.

Beautiful spacious room and beds. Great breakfast. Only downside was we were told to pay 1000 baht per day as security fee, which would be refunded at chekout. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking so we refused and only paid 1000 in total for 5 nights. Other than this, the stay was very comfortable. Property is a 20 min walk from main patong beach area. Kids play area is good, fitness centre was well-equipped.

The staff are friendly polite and wonderful. Very welcoming and always helpful. The room is cleaned well at all times. The breakfast is really good with a a great variety. There are an enormous amount of stairs as would be expected from a resort built on a cliff but the shuttle from the foyer to your room area make it significantly easier. The waterfall pool and swim up bar are amazing and we spent a lot of time there.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of options (no mango!) and plenty of seating. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. 2 pools were lovely and the swim up bar had great drinks. We were offered an upgrade for our room and it exceeded our expectations. Only complaint was we had lots and lots of little bugs (NOT BED BUGS - possibly ants) all over the room and in our bed. We notified staff who mentioned they are dealing with this issue. Hotel is a 25 minute walk to the famous Bangla Road. The beach is a short walk across the road but no worries, the parking attendant assists you to cross the road. Overall a great stay.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. Breakfast was great, the pools were wonderful. Close to Bangla rd and Patong beach if you’re interested in that vibe. Rooms were huge, super clean. No complaints 100/10 would recommend
