This hotel has a great location that provides some quiet time and relaxation away from the busy main strip of shops and restaurants. Everything you need is on your doorstep. It’s a short walk, around 5 mins to the beach. The hotel pool is a good size and has a swim up bar. Wan, Nina and the team in Reception provided an excellent service, helping with questions and booking trips and transfers. Breakfast including very tasty Thai dishes as well as a wide range of other options. The restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly. The deluxe room is a good size and the shower was really powerful, great after a long day out. We had room 403 which had a balcony nicely secluded by trees. The condition of the hotel is good, there were some signs of wear snd tear in our room, eg the seal to the shower door didn’t work, but this didn’t bother us. Cleaning was of a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again as it offered value for money.

This was an amazing place to stay, rooms are very clean, service was exceptional! Breakfast has so many choices and every morning there was a Thai food selection and selection as well, very yummy food! Staff were all friendly and very helpful! My husband and I came for a business and enjoyed some personal time too! The atmosphere and surroundings are so beautiful and serene!

We stayed 5 nights in the pool access room in Nov 2025. The emerald pool was quiet and private. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast had great options and on excursion days, the kitchen made us to-go breakfast boxes. The location was really good and it is off the main road is much quieter. All in all, a good stay.

This property has seen better days. As many reviews suggest, the furniture is extremely old, there is mold and cracks everywhere, and in certain areas, a sewage smell. The emerald pool was wonderful, it’s a very quiet hotel off the main road, and staff is great. They only allow one guest room card which can be frustrating but the staff was nice enough to have someone open the door when one of us didn’t have the room card. The gym has never been wiped down before and the breakfast is the absolute worst breakfast I have ever seen. The fruits were laid out and not super fresh, there were a variety of cereals and then the yogurt which was served in a giant blob in huge dishes without a covering, breads and pastries were all the kind that taste look yoga mats, and there was one omelet station but the toppings were sorry looking (dried bacon, onion, cheese, and some tomatoes).

Definitely do not go here with a small child, if staying on 2nd floor or higher. The balconies are a definite safety hazard. Our daughter almost lost her life, so close to falling down. Got another room on ground floor after that, moist with mold and mosquitoes even with ac full power on.

Overall our stay was good but could have been better! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy and atmosphere is very nice, very resort vibe. Options at breakfast are very limited, you don’t seem to find variety of options. Room furniture is very old, not like what you see in the pictures!! We had very inconvenient experience with massage. We booked a couple massage for 6 pm, it was 6:25 and therapists did not show up yet. They told us to wait longer but we did not and cancel. Two days later they came to our room and said they did not have the therapist available and they expected us to wait longer. They brought fruits to our room which was a nice gesture but they took a picture with us as a proof that we were happy with our stay which I found it a bit weird. We felt like staff are not nice and welcoming.

Stayed for 7 days in Oct 2024. Staff was great, pool was wonderful, breakfast buffet was good, and close to beaches/shopping. But there was mold in the shower area; shower head holder was broken (was told it would be fixed, but it wasn't); sink did not drain well; sheets were only changed when we insisted; bottom of "sofa" cushion was stained (so it was placed up side down); sliding door frame gaped between part of the glass and the frame; sliding door curtain could hardly be moved from side to side, etc. Thus my description of "poor maintenance."

OK for a quick stop nothing majorly wrong nor anything exciting about it. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Staff is ok not as friendly or helpful as we normally experience in Thailand but as before not bad neither just below average. The beds where really good thought.

We read good reviews about this place, but unfortunately, the day we arrived the city had an electricity shortage, so no energy until 5:30 pm. The weather in Krabi is insanely humid and hot, so we were melting. When we entered the room the smell was moldy, super hot and so noisy because we had a pool view like most of the rooms. With too many kids, we could not get any rest even with the windows closed. On the way to the room, we saw that the place was not clean at all, with a tray with dirty plates outside of the room. And the bed in our room had a stain, overall this is an old construction but not well maintained. If you are traveling to have some rest, this is not the place at all, this is family-oriented which is annoying for someone looking to have some peace. Also, breakfast is very average, they have options but not a good taste, food is very oily and fatty.

But there was mold in the shower area; shower head holder was broken (was told it would be fixed, but it wasn't); sink did not drain well; sheets were only changed when we insisted; bottom of "sofa" cushion was stained (so it was placed up side down); sliding door frame gaped between part of the glass and the frame; sliding door curtain could hardly be moved from side to side, etc. Thus my description of "poor maintenance."

OK for a quick stop nothing majorly wrong nor anything exciting about it. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Staff is ok not as friendly or helpful as we normally experience in Thailand but as before not bad neither just below average. The beds where really good thought.

We read good reviews about this place, but unfortunately, the day we arrived the city had an electricity shortage, so no energy until 5:30 pm. The weather in Krabi is insanely humid and hot, so we were melting. When we entered the room the smell was moldy, super hot and so noisy because we had a pool view like most of the rooms. With too many kids, we could not get any rest even with the windows closed. On the way to the room, we saw that the place was not clean at all, with a tray with dirty plates outside of the room. And the bed in our room had a stain, overall this is an old construction but not well maintained. If you are traveling to have some rest, this is not the place at all, this is family-oriented which is annoying for someone looking to have some peace. Also, breakfast is very average, they have options but not a good taste, food is very oily and fatty.
