Lanta Lapaya Resort

Hébergement bien placé avec une belle piscine. location de scooter sur place - génial. petit déjeuner à la carte très basique - dommage. durant notre séjour de 3 nuit, le ménage n'a pas été fait mais la chambre était spacieuse avec une cuisine.

Everything started from the arrival. We booked a superior villa, we got to the room - it looked basic, the sofa was broken, the room was not cleaned.. then we found out that the door was not locking and the safe was not working as well. We asked the staff to fix the door - they treated us like we are incopetent and tried to teach us how to lock it. After some discussions they finally agreed to change the room - but for 2 days only. another room was better, but we still had to ask to fix the safe for us. But the next day, hot water dissapeared in this room... Again - they tried to teach us to use the shower - but then they realized its broken after waiting 2 hours. we had to keep asking constantly what is going on as they didn't inform us. they finally informed us that water heater is broken and cannot be fixed on Sunday so we had to move back to our previous room. we refused until the door was fixed, sofa was replaced and safe was working. It took some time because staff doesn't speak english and after escalating it we got an english speaker - after that everything was fixed as we asked. one more very dissapointing thing - we noticed that they went through our things... they don't clean your room unless you put the sign on and you only get one toilet paper roll per day - which is super thin and easily runs out. Breakfast... out of 5 times we went there only once there was an avocado toast. the egg was cold and looked pre-made so not fresh. Coffee was bad as well.

Hotel facile d acces, bcp de restos autour,manque des transats autour de la piscine.Serviettes changees tous les jours, menage(approximatif) tous les jours.Je conseillerai quand meme malgre quelques petits defauts d entretien.

Slightly dated and in need of some maintenance but comfortable. Leaking and mouldy air conditioning unit. Breakfast was poor, cold food and empty a lot of the time. Friendly and helpful staff and not a bad location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk, or can use the free shuttle.

I initially was thinking of changing my reservation to stay beachfront (Lapaya is a short walk to the beach) and I’m so glad I didn’t. The bungalows are super cute and roomy. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. The staff are amazing and so warm and inviting. They were able to help me with everything I wanted to do during my stay, including renting a scooter and booking an excursion. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Lanta Lapaya was excellent. The staff are very attentive. Booked us scooters and a ride to the airport. The place was spotlessly clean. Pool area lovely for relaxing. Very close walk to the beach.

This place is a gem perched up and away from the road. The infinity pool is wonderful. The Villas are spacious with separate bedroom and living room with big windows. The staff are awesome!

Vi spent one week at Lapaya, my boyfriend, our baby girl and I. We had a lovely time. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area was superb, clean and fresh, with a nice breeze all day long. The place had a relaxed vibe. The breakfast was ordinary. Many good restaurants in the area. We didn’t try the beach as shadow was important to our little one.

No complaints here. Nice hotel, nice beach, nice staff, plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. What more could you want?

Une population asiatique un peu trop envahissante avec un savoir vivre inexistant.

Mycket trevligt hotell, med vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Ligger ganska nära stranden med flera trevliga restauranger om man inte vill åka in till stan för middagen. Frukosten var okey dock ligger receptionen och frukosten nära vägen så man kan störas lite av den. Trevlig pool och nya vattenflaskor varje kväll.

Sehr schöne neue Anlage mit super freundlichem Personal. Und da die Anlage etwas erhöht liegt schien sie uns auch Tsunamisicher zu sein.

l'hôtel est plutôt bien et confortable, le petit déjeuner simple, pas tres intéressant et faut pas arriver trop tôt eviter de booker vos transferts avec eux c'est une catastrophe. des prestations moyennes dans l'ensemble.

Rooms are secure, spacious with a nice bathroom. Pool is lovely but the staff really make this place. There’s not enough they can do to help and all were friendly and attentive. The mango shakes are great! We did a trip to Koh Rok which was great and can be arranged with the hotel reception as well as transfers and taxis. The beach is a short walk across the road and is great for bars and restaurants as well as on the road of the hotel. (Cloud 9 and Seven Sisters were our faves) The beach is a little stoney but you can find smoother beaches to the north or south of the island so bare that in mind. But for everything else the location is great!

Kiva ja todella siisti hotelli. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamupalalla ihan mukavasti vaihtoehtoja. Ilmastointi huoneessa todella hyvä. Uima-allas kiva ja rannallekin matkaa vain 150 metriä. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita, kauppa, apteekki ja lääkäriasema. Menisin uudestaan

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and resrort area, nice pool area, ok breakfast. Resort situated near of the Klong Khong Beach, where are many bars/restorants for chilling nightlife.

由于所在兰塔岛总体开发程度不如其他地区，所以酒店设施一般，泳池不大够几户带小孩的家庭嬉戏，酒店过马路对面步行5分钟是沙滩，朝右手边步行不到10分钟有个很大的7-11，光呆在酒店其实挺无聊的，适合参加当地其他的一日游项目。
