Horrible experience overall. The only positive thing was the architecture which was very nice. However, they only have one elevator near the lobby. If you have mobility issues, you will have to walk up two or three floors or walk a long way to the one elevator and back to your room. Worst hotel in our trip. Definately not 5 stars. The drink prices are ridiculous for Thailand and closer to NYC. Everyone leaves the resort for dinner and the place is totally dead. They would not even arrange transportation to the next resort or offer help. We had to do it all ourselves. Other resorts were much much more helpful. The beach is just horrible. It is rocky and it has a large commercial dock with cargo ships being loaded and off loaded. You also cross a busy and noisy street. Not nearly enough chairs at the pool and maybe 15 at the beach. No beach umbrellas. Just not a pleasant experience. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Okey room. A bit old. The poolbar is a joke, supersmall portions and super expensive for Thailand. 250 bath for a 18 cl beer. This ruined our trip. We have visited over 50 5 star hotel and this is the worst lunch we’d ever had. Won’t going back after this. Otherwise good hotel.

Veldig bra hotell! Bra basseng med god inndeling av en rolig voksen-sone og en for familie med barn. Prisene er noe høyere for mat og drikke, men alt er av god kvalitet. Personale var blid og hjelpsom! Kunne dratt hit igjen.

Stor fin pool med gott om platser. Hotellet känns daterat och behöver underhållas mer. Det höga priset återspeglar inte kvaliteten.

Nice hotel but very confusing product.. crazy expensive bar which is ok but without the kids experience.. good breakfast if you have the luck to have an experienced staff.. and management running like chicken and cleaning tables instead of managing.. to be honest this could be a luxury hotel.. and in some parts is just a holiday club at a price of a five star hotel.. so I let you try and make your own judgement

Good except for one staff member that was extremely rude to me. She works at the bar. I was trying to sign for my bar check at the pool and she very loudly and aggressively said I was not registered in that room. I felt completely humiliated- as she did this loudly and in front of other guests. I asked her to check with the front desk to confirm this was in fact my room. Which it was. She could handled this with kindness and discretion, but she chose not to. If the hotel wishes- I can provide a picture of this woman.

Nice place eith the needed amenities. A but pricey, though.

Clean room and breakfast

The resort is beautiful. The best part is the massive pool. The food was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. I used the gym which was quite reasonable and had great cold towels, infused water and shower rooms. I have 2 downsides- 1. The showers are weirdly outdated in the whole property. 2. The staff seem to be a bit lacking. We had just arrived from holiday inn which is supposed to be not as good as Sofitel, however the staff were on their toes, attentive and knowledgeable.

Everything was nice and clean. Amazing for family and kids
