We were given early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The gym is well equipped and maintained. Very varied options for breakfast. Lovely swimming pool area with deep pool. Altogether a good experience staying here.

My room was smelly due to humidity, I asked for a dehumidifier but I don't think it worked well :( Everyone was friendly but the room was by no means large and I can't justify the price, and I also don't understand why it's "a Luxury Collection' by Bon Voy.

Home away from home. I love staying here, they have the best breakfast and pool area. The staff are excellent, always friendly and attentive to all my needs. They have some of the best restaurants in the city located in the hotel itself and nearby. It’s like an oasis in this jam packed bustling city.
