Wish it would have had a coffee pot in the rooms, or somewhere to get coffee at the hotel!

People were in the hall talking and making noise most of the night. Room down the hall flooded and they brought out the noisy carpet cleaner and dryers for several hours around 2:00 a.m.

It’s was far, but not my top pick and we take trips once a month

Room smelled like smoke and desk hours are inconvenient for travelers. No one was present at check in or check out. The person who did finally help after calling the number to get someone there was friendly and helpful, just would like someone there without having to make a special phone call from a malfunction in my lobby phone.

Smelled like smoke, no on working the front desk so had to wait 20 minutes to check in, dirty rooms with clothes from previous guest left in them, no soap to shower or wash hands, dog hair on sheets, no blankets

The place was pretty dirty and had to call to get checked in because the window was closed. It was a cheap room but I did expect more. The bed blankets had obvious smudge marks on them and didn’t smell too great but I was only there an hour or so. Hopefully they cleaned after I left!

Good hotel

I have Photos and a video of the bugs that were in my bed. The TV was never workable the entire time I was there.

It was a perfectly adequate place to stay for a night where I was barely going to spend any time in the room. No complaints for the price. Nothing special or noteworthy but that’s fine for the price. The room was solid but unspectacular but it was clean. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Good value.

Everything was dirty. The sheets had stains of you know what… the toilet did not work and the “smoke free” room smelled like smoke. I appreciate the staff for not giving me too much fuss about wanting to leave but everything was dirty and sticky.

Clean and spacious

Marijuana is being used in the building. Smell is coming from the room next to me. I complained to the staff and they said they can’t do anything. Smell is skunk and sulfur odor. It is nasty and it is illegal to smoke in a hotel. Especially illicit substances. This is unacceptable and any person who has money in this property would be disappointed. All shareholders would be livid. This needs fixed now. New FreshAir hotel filters need installed in every room to detect tobacco and marijuana smoke. Smoke detectors can be covered. This needs to be fixed immediately. I shouldn’t have to change around my stay because other people are coming here and smoking drugs. If they want to smoke then they can go outside. I shouldn’t smell nasty skunk odor from marijuana.

Great place to stay

Check-in went great and they allowed me to get into my room earlier than normal check-in time. All features of the unit worked as expected and everything was quite clean and tidy. As time went on during my stay I noticed that housekeeping failed to service my room properly. They are supposed to give one service per week at the property and I did not receive even one during my two week stay. Instead, I had to leave garbage outside of my door like all the other people at this property. For clean sheets, towels and toiletries I had to go to the front desk which is usually unattended. If housekeeping would have came, then there would be no issues with my stay. I was informed that they were short staffed but they should have had enough people hired to cover. The last issue I had was the free breakfast. In the welcome email they send, it said that there was complimentary grab and go breakfast. I went down to check and was informed by staff that they do not have breakfast at this location. For the price, it’s a good option but the lack of upkeep on the guests rooms is unacceptable. I have stayed at motels that cleaned my room at a hotel standard every 2 days and replaced anything I needed fresh. The hotel itself is fairly modern, there is a gym onsite and laundry. But the laundry room stated they accept credit cards but the feature was broken. I requested quarters in exchange for payment and was denied. The last note is they ran out of shampoo during my stay. 3/5

Where to start....we arrived at 8:30 p.m. and were told that they were oversold and they did not have a double room available for us. They said there was one bed but since we booked with Expedia, they would have to change the requested room type before even offering that. I explained that I was travelling with my sister and a double bed wasn't going to work. I was asking for a solution, anything. The counter person was out of their depth and just not equipped to deal with this. His response to another traveler was if they didn't like it they could just leave. They had the exact same issue as me and they were a family of 3 in town for a tourney. We spent approx 1 hour and 40 mins on the phone with Expedia looking for a solution and one was finally found. The Expedia rep was amazing and supportive and was honestly just looking for a solution that would work. Eventually with some patience from both sides, we found one. Can't thank him enough for all the work to make it right. As for the hotel, the whole situation was handled unprofessionally by them and even the manager who had been contacted while we were there and shared a similar attitude to their staff. Staff are a by product of how they're led, that has never been truer.

No breakfast

We did not check in or stay the night because no one ever came to the desk to check us in. We called the late night check in 3 times and waited half an hour! Front desk sign says “late night check -in we are ready for you”. Horrible

We were only there for 1 night so didn't complain - not that there was someone to complain to. We checked in at 4 but were lucky we went over to check in early because the main desk closed at 6. When we checked out the next morning at 9:30 the desk was locked up tight behind a metal door and I had to ask the cleaning lady how to check out. There was a sign that said "For help, dial 500" which was weird. The room was very utilitarian which was fine but again, weird things like a sensor on the toilet that had to be triggered in order for the tank to refill. The wall by the garbage has seen it's share of splattered food, the wall by the bed had dings in it where the paint was chipped off. The whole room was sad and old. But hey, the water pressure was hot and strong, and the beds were fine.
