清潔でセンスの良い素晴らしい施設。 スタッフは親切でにこやか、皆さんとても丁寧な対応でした。 たまたま夫の誕生日だったのですが、サプライズで部屋にケーキをご用意頂いて、とても感動しました。 ハノイの滞在は必ずこのホテルと決めています。 特に屋上のバーが最高です。夕焼けの時間帯がとても居心地が良く、素敵な見晴らしでした。

Franchement, j'avais un peu de soucis avec l'odeur dans ma chambre(humidité ? ). Mais le service ici est top!! Donc je lui donne quand-même 5 étoile : dès qu’on descend de la voiture, quelqu’un vient porter les bagages, ouvrir la grande porte, on vous offre une boisson de bienvenue, et on vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre avec vos valises. Surtout, tout le monde était à la disposition si besoin. C'est le mieux service que j'ai eu en Vietnam !

This hotel is new and is rather nicely decorated. Staff were helpful and the manager at the all day restaurant (where breakfast is served) is friendly and makes it a point to know the guests, a rare find these days. However, I find the bathroom too dark with insufficient lighting. The hairdryer was also an issue - too heavy and can’t stay for long in the socket in the bathroom when in use as the wire is not long enough. Coffee machine was also an issue with a very slow drip of water coming out. Location wise, it is not within walking distance to anything but with affordable GRAB/taxi fares, this is perhaps not a big issue. For the price I paid, I would say it is value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here when we were in Hanoi. We stayed for 3 nights for our anniversary and we really appreciated the nice gesture with the card/cake/decoration/voucher they gave us! Staff was really kind, helpful and welcoming at check in. Breakfast was also good.
