It's very convenient and close to the beach.

16泊の宿泊でした。 部屋はまあ普通でした。 以前、系列の所に泊まった時は、タオルは言えば替えてくれたけど、今回は滞在中に1度だけしか替えてくれず、洗濯機と乾燥機があるからそれで洗ってとの事でした。 それと、部屋のゴミは、自分で外のゴミ置き場に捨てに行かないとダメで、チェックアウト前にもゴミを自分で捨てに行かないと、どの位の量か知らんけど、ゴミが残っていたら追加料金が発生します的なメールが、チェックアウト前日に届きました。 それと、部屋にはよく壊れる火災報知器が付いてました。 寝るだけだったので、全然大丈夫でした。 買い物やカジノには最高のロケーションです。

Room was in decent condition. A couple stains on the carpet which isn't a problem really. Dishes were a bit dirty when I arrived, needed to give them a wipe down before I used them. Staff were friendly. Power went out one time when returning to resort which resulted in me and a couple other people being locked out of our rooms. No staff on site as it was sunday and after hours but managed to get in after 15 mins from another resident opening the door and luckily the room door lock was on battery backup. Hot water was the biggest gripe however. Having a shower there sucked as the water would constantly go from hot to cold and back. Almost burnt myself a couple times not expecting the water to go to boiling hot after turning to cold water down due to the shower being cold. Seems like the hot water pressure was going back and forth causing more or less hot water to come out increasing or decreasing the temperature.

Great location and easy parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend at stay here and we will book here sgain

The accommodation was close to where we needed to be. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was located in the lounge, not the bedroom. It took awhile to cool the bedroom down.

Parking available underneath building. Helpful to have washing machine and dryer. Clean apartment with good facilities but a bit dated. Helpful communication pre arrival. Close to beach, two malls and dining option

I really enjoyed the location, it was quiet and close to everything that mattered to me. I was able to go for a beach walk in the morning before my conference started.

Great location, easy secure parking, spacious and well furnished apartment, friendly staff, comfortable bed, pool and spa. All facilities within the property are well maintained and well presented. Will not hesitate to book here my next trip.

It's a very good situation, and the managers are very friendly and attentive.

Best thing about this property is the location. It’s very rundown. Shower is shocking goes from cold to boiling hot every couple of mins. Not that clean lots of dust on skirting boards and lots on ornament on table. Just ok, I have frequented Aruba properties on the Gold Coast and this one is by far the worst.

Could do with on-site laundry and towels changed more frequently

Very strong smell of bleach on arrival. Lights out, and the unit was crawling with cockroaches and tiny bugs. Excessive pest spray was required to control same. Crockery and cutlery needed a good scrub as did cooking facilities. Unit needs to be totally refurbished. Very disappointing indeed.

The property is very clean, very convenient. Manager is an excellent communicator. Just need to be aware there is no lift and organise your luggage accordingly
