The kitchen was fully functional and washing machine and dryer were functional I enjoyed my stay with a pool and spa what more could you ask for. The staff we're really friendly and helpful. I would recommend the unit to any person that is looking for more value for their money.

Nice units, very quiet

Check-in was straightforward as we arrived and left during office hours. There was some previous confusion from an email I was sent concerning charging for the use of the sofa bed (we were 2 adults, 1 child). Our invoice contained an “extra guest fee” for a unit advertised as sleeping 4. The location was excellent for us. We booked the “superior unit with balcony”. When we entered the unit, we were greeted with an unpleasant smell – sort of a mix of cheap cleaner and mould. It was there every time we came back but wasn’t noticeable while we were in the unit. We were essentially on the ground floor so not exactly what I would call a “balcony”! The unit is quite spacious. From the on-line photos, I was expecting it to be a bit dated and I wasn’t bothered by that. However, it is really rather tired with marked/worn paint, and scruffy furniture – not nearly as nice as pictured on-line. One of the dining room chairs felt like it was close to collapse. The kitchen was quite well equipped with a new fridge. There was a very meagre supply of tea/coffee (not replenished) and a tiny carton of milk. There was the type of mismatched crockery and glassware that you tend to find in an old motel. There was no can-opener, paring knife, vegetable peeler or scissors. But there were four chopping boards! Maybe there was an apartment with four peelers and no chopping board that I could have done a swap with. Wash before use , all kitchen utensils cutlery &some crockery not clean.No inside lock on entrance door… Has everything you need , bathroom great bedroom great comfortable living area. Very dark with little natural light, lots of paint peeling of walls & doors. Balcony &glass sliding door all so dirty. But I totally enjoyed my stay of 5 nights. 👍☺️

Bed is very budget and uncomfortable as are pillows. Room is in need of some love. Bathroom clean in the middle but not around the edges. Shower has great pressure. Zero luxury. Location was good for us. Won't stay again.

Ideal location, friendly honest helpful staff, great facilities. Unfortunately we had accidentally damaged an ottoman and they were willing to charge us the sale price for it’s replacement and fuel to collect it instead of keeping a larger amount from the deposit. We will be back.

Yes , was tired and in need of an upgrade/paint. Smelt damp & musty when we first arrived .

Check in was a problem. Good location close to shops restaurants and casino. Great value for our 3 night stay. Didnt appreciate people in spa at 3am in the morning. There was nothing to stop anyone getting in.

It was ok

Accomodation was good, slightly dated and could do with a tidy up but great location. Easy check in and out. However booked a one bedroom apartment with pull out bed in the lounge. When we requested sheets for the pull out we were told it would be an extra $44 AUD per night! We booked and paid for an apartment with two beds expecting to be able to use the two beds! There was no mention of additional charges if you wished to use the pull out bed and $44 AUD per night for just an extra set of sheets is extortion.

A rundown apartment with toilet location very average. Room above too noisy hearing footsteps. with the occupants moving about. Its disturbing at night hearing footsteps thinking someone has broken into my unit when trying to sleep at night. And last but not least out the back outdoor area, having to put up with food smells from kitchen cooking from buildings nearby. I won't be staying at the Aruba again as for the price its average to put up with those conditions. Regards, Greg Burgess.

Caution before renting The pictures do not represent the apartment's current condition. No air conditioning in the bedroom. Mouse turds in the closet. Entering the building, common area are worn, dated and dirty. The apartment furniture is rubbish, beyond op shop quality, soiled and damaged. Appliances are old but work. The microwave is rusty inside, not usable for health reasons. Window coverings do not blackout. It is impossible to regulate hot and cold water mix in the shower. The biggest disappointment was the floors were filthy upon arrival. Midway in our stay service cleaning was included. In reality it was changed of linen and garage out. Nothing else. We clean apartment ourselves. Management are aware of these concerns as we told the reception. On the positive, the bed is comfortable, clean linens and towels. Pool, spa and outdoor bbq are good. In conclusion absolutely not worth the price.

Stove elements were rusty. Plaster wall damaged, long grass behind verandah not maintained.
