古めかしく日当たりは良くなかったが、、、スタッフの対応、想定以上にとてもよかった。

スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切です。簡単な英語でわかるまでサポートしてくれました。地理的には、アデレードレイルウェイステーションの向かいにあり、アクセスがとても良いです。隣にはコンビニエンスストアもあります。また隣のホテル1階にある居酒屋の石焼きステーキは地元の人気です。

Convention Center was so near and so convenient!

Good location. Breakfast is good. Room floor cleaning is not so good.

The door being equipped with the bathroom was broken. It should be checked and amended in advance. Janitor for cleaning service forgot to do it one night. And, because of it, towels weren’t changed as well. I used same ones over two nights. They should not do it as a hospitality service industry.

Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming Rooms comfortable My only whinge was TV was not working Someone came but couldn't help Next night asked if fixed but still no Unfortunately there was no tv for whole 4 nights which I missed But overall a pleasant stay

Comfortable bed , clean room . Very friendly staff . Only problem can be , late at night , potentially dangerous in the hotel’s locale

Clean modernised bathroom, but uncontrollable central heating. Otherwise very good- you get what you pay for

The hotel was awesome for the price. We just wanted a place to lie down and sleep. Rooms were quiet and toilet was private and sound proof!!!! Parking was a bit off. I had to go to the parking the next street down. Will definitely stay there again. Close to all bars and restaurants

The property was really clean. Amogh( receptionist) was really really nice. He helped us with room upgrade as it was our anniversary. i felt really happy with the way he treated us and went all the way to help us with room upgrade and gave us a fair price as well. i would love to visit again. we had a balcony view room with a personal lobby area as well. Thank you

Rooms are really cold and there wasn't any blankets.

Sugar and milk in the room, don't think they had been checked as the sugar had gone hard and one of the milk containers was slightly open so had gone off.

Was disappointed this time as we had a booking for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids woke up on the morning had to show and get to an appointment and there was only 2 towels and 2 face washer cloths they have that liquid soap so you need a washer cloth to lather up the soap. Went to report it at the front desk only it was busy and we had to get to an appointment. When we returned that evening there again was only 2 towels, 2 washed cloths and 2 glasses, 2 tea cups. It's like the room was set up for only 2 people. The hotel also had one lift out of order like last time we were there... other guests also stated that it was near impossible to get an elevator sometimes as they are always full going up and down. Advised the front desk of having to share towels with our kids. Instead of a sorry the guy just smirked and said fine how many towels do you want and went to get some and handed them to me... There you go he said, just let us know if you need more. His time was condescending. The bathroom also has a huge step up to get in and the only power point is so far from the mirror and vanity unit....looks like who ever remodelled the bathroom had no idea what they are doing. I've worked as project manager refurbishing hotels like the Sydney Hilton and never seen work this shonky. The room we stayed in last time was at the front on top floor and better and cheaper than this time. We are booked for September and I may have to book July as well but are worried about getting this bad room.

Clean rooms Good staff Rooms a little outdated

Good cheap hotel that is close to all the action. The staff were amazing - very friendly and accomodating, especially Hassan. He got our large group's 7x rooms che cked in quick at 12pm, when we arrived tired from early morning traveling. He was also very flexible with our 11am checkout, which spilled over closer to 12pm for some of our tired guests who worked late into thje evening the njight prior.

Lovely helpful staff, Comfortable bed, clean room. Noisy aircon with no control to change temp and air intake in the ceiling was filthy. Hot water was lukewarm warm! Lukewarm shower in chilly Adelaide wasn’t good!
