Shower leaked all over our floor. No hand towels to dry hands on and the bed was so wonky to sleep on. Staff were wonderful and the place was quiet. Tv channels very limited for a city.

Staff are friendly, room wasnt great, thhere was splatters of toothpaste from previous occupants on the tiles, looked like left over fecal matter in the water in the toilet. The air conditioning is absolutely terrible, especially on hot days like yesterday, could not get comfortable. The tv in the room kept displaying an error with the HDMI cable.

I don’t usually like giving poor reviews and I guess when I booked a budget friendly accommodation I shouldn’t expect the finest things but my initial room had the previous guests food still in drawers and the fridge, once my room was moved it was slightly better. The place was busy and only 1 lift was functional well that was until the other lift also decided to break down so stairs were the only option or be stuck in your room/reception if your unable to use stairs for a few hours. The place just feels very ran down overall and the rooms very boxy.

Clean room. Quiet hotel. Courteous staff.

Friendly staff, room recently upgraded, quite spacious,clean, close to train station and tram. Reasonable rates. This is our second time staying here, the hotel rooms are in the process of being upgraded, would definitely stay again.

Parking was really convenient

The room was clean.

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous, although the cleaning wasn't quite up to scratch on the third day - rubbish bins not emptied even though one was quite full. Otherwise no complaints.

Terrible hotel. I had the misfortune of having to stay twice, as it was too late to cancel once I saw how bad it was. The room was filthy, I didn’t even take my shoes off there was so much debris in the ground. The shower was repulsive—black mold, grimy bathmat. I didn’t shower at all. This is barely a step up from a hostel.

This was so unbelievably below expectations. The room was filthy--crumbs on the floor, cups and mugs clearly used and not cleaned, stains everywhere--and the windows were opaque and curtains didn't open, so the room was dark. The entire premises were unwelcoming, in poor condition, and felt unsafe. It was so bad I left early and just sat at the airport for extra hours. Truly the worst impression of Adelaide.

TV in the room needs to be replaced. Some times the picture didn’t work. The room was a bit of an odd setup. The parking was very tight and some spaces taken up by one car due to the tightness. Staff were great. Very clean.

Staff very helpful and great location to get to things happening in the city. Dated and a bit shabby in the rooms.
