Great location. Really quiet, no external noise. Although the room was clean, I feel like a coat of paint would freshen the place up. Second time staying in 2 years, would definitely stay again!!

We got there only to hear the news that we had been reassigned another hotel 15 mins away due to a lift issue. Not a great way to find that out after we arrived.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a single traveller staying close to the Convention Centre for a few days. While the hotel and rooms are old and there are renovations underway, including no guest elevator available, the room had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the entertaining signs throughout the stairs and corridors to assist guests to find their rooms.

Lifts were not working. Shower in the bath with issues getting water to come from shower head instead of tap into the bath. Fridge in the room wasn't turned on.

The room was very clean, the staff were all really lovely and friendly. The parking was easy. Would’ve been good to have 2 lifts working, but apart from that, happy with what we got for the price.

Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming Rooms comfortable My only whinge was TV was not working Someone came but couldn't help Next night asked if fixed but still no Unfortunately there was no tv for whole 4 nights which I missed But overall a pleasant stay

The hotel was awesome for the price. We just wanted a place to lie down and sleep. Rooms were quiet and toilet was private and sound proof!!!! Parking was a bit off. I had to go to the parking the next street down. Will definitely stay there again. Close to all bars and restaurants

The property was really clean. Amogh( receptionist) was really really nice. He helped us with room upgrade as it was our anniversary. i felt really happy with the way he treated us and went all the way to help us with room upgrade and gave us a fair price as well. i would love to visit again. we had a balcony view room with a personal lobby area as well. Thank you

Sugar and milk in the room, don't think they had been checked as the sugar had gone hard and one of the milk containers was slightly open so had gone off.
