宿泊する部屋の設備をよく見て予約して下さい。ホテルの写真にあるようなソファーやベッド、テーブルは全てにあるわけではありません。私の宿泊した部屋は、ベッドしかなくテーブルも椅子もありませんでした。仕事も食事も出来ず、5個の枕を床に重ねて椅子のようにしてパソコンを使用しました。本当に不便でした。予約をするときは、テーブルと椅子があるかどうか確認が必要です。

市内中心部からは離れた位置にあるため、車がないと不便。ホテルは住居を改装したような跡が見られ、トイレが異様に広いなど、変わった点もあるが、清潔で滞在にも問題ない。

ショッピングセンターやきれいな公園が近くあり、車でも、車がなくも便利。ジャグジーは音がうるさく感じた。

Room was in disrepair. Complex was amass of drug affected and derelict people. Randoms knocking on doors at all hours of the night. Unclean, under construction and generally uninviting. Won’t be staying there on my next visits to the area. Extremely disappointed considering the cost.

Bathroom needed a deep clean. Walls needed some cleaning too. Cobwebs and dead bugs. Something on the bed or in the bed stank. Mould on rear windows behind shutters. Tiled floors not thoroughly mopped. Should remove dishwasher sashets as no dishwasher. I reported broken glass on outside stairs and it was never removed. Staff were nice & helpful to a foreign guest when she had issues understanding check in detaiks. I have dietary issues and was pleased to get a pretty well equiped kitchen that even had hobs - better than listed:) and a good extractor fan so no fire brigade needed for steak dinners. TV only had free to air and some radio channels. Was absolutely huge though and I had to walk around to see all of it ... almost. Air con was great but was asking for a filter clean.

Floor was sticky & if a drop of water got on the floor it was incredibly slippery. Looked forward to a swim after a long drive, pool out of bounds during renovations - no notification of such. Room right on road, very noisy. Had to shut bedroom door to try & reduce road noise, no fan in bedroom so very stuffy. Toaster wouldn't lock down. Mould all around silicon on bath/shower, dangerous getting in & out of same due to step & slipperiness. For the money paid per night this does not give any value for money & I'd like a refund. Do not stay here

the rooms are expensive, small, no cleaning, bed was falling apart.

Great location and very comfortable but cleanliness left a little to be desired Was great for what we needed for and the staff were awesome

Dirty and uncomfortable bed, cramped, minima crockery, light unable to turn off outside, security gate broken. Honestly I showered with sandals on. The other building is much better.

Staff were rude. Room wasn’t ready at check in time and when we were told the room was ready the floor was still wet and dirty and the room stunk. Air con wasn’t working. Wanted to move us to another room and move our things. When we declined we got told too bad then deal with it .

There was construction in the accommodation as well as there was a power pole construction outside our room that went on until 1am, so we had no sleep. We were never told and if we had been we would have moved to a different motel. Difficult to park also.

Pull out sofa bed was set up for our 8 year old, could not use it as the supports were broken and the mattress kept falling thru to the ground. Mould in bathroom and in the doorway to the bathroom. Not all lights working in room. Very different experience to when we had previously stayed here.

Avoid at all cost!! Words cannot describe how terrible this place is, check in is at 3pm and we arrived just before then, upon entering there was no warm welcome and management straight out told us and another couple that no rooms were ready and we had to wait, “it is what it is” were the words. After that it all went downhill, room wasn’t what we had paid for, just been cleaned and water all over floor, room was tiny and outdated, air con had a bad smell when turned on. We decided to go to management after looking at our receipt when booked. Def wasn’t the room we paid for. They argued that it would create more problems for them rather than giving us what we paid for. After standing firm that it wasn’t good enough, they advised us that there was another room which to go to, upon entering the stench was disgusting, someone had just been here!! There was a pile of damaged goods at door, kitchen had rubbish on bench and overflowing bin, dirty dishes in sink and food in the fridge, I sent my partner upstairs as I thought someone was still in the apartment, bed was a mess and bathroom had toothbrush and urine still in toilet. Enough was enough, went back to reception to say what the hell is going on, only to be told oh maybe it hasn’t been cleaned yet, by this stage it’s after 4pm and checkout is 10am, we requested a refund as we were not staying in such filth only to be argued with again saying no refunds. Over run with cats living in makeshift construction materials. Disgusting

Good room layout, however carpet was visably dirty/ stained, walls were marked up, sheets were stained and generally didnt feel clean. Booked this accommodation specifically to have pool acces. Pool was closed off while maintenance happening next to it. No mention of this anywhere during booking process.

The room was everything that i needed

Excellent room, lovely & clean.

Location was great. It would have been helpful to know the complex was under construction before we got there. For example, we were sent a map the day before so we could locate our villa - and the map included a pool. Also listed on the amenities list; the pool is not yet built. Not a huge deal. Beach was close and we enjoyed our stay very much. Also, no easy/clear way to communicate with staff. Our TV remote did not work. Not really any way to call anyone or any simple way to notify Reception. Again, not a deal breaker. Pet friendly villa was great. When I did speak with staff they were friendly and professional.

Moved to an off site apartment at very short notice away from the conference organizers I had booked with in Jesmond Executive Villas (Lux Jesmond Apartments - Unit 1). All windows locked and no key - no fresh air, no hot water in laundry, no iron, no globes in bedside lamps in any of the three bedrooms, no handle on shower screen door in en-suite, plugs missing from kitchen, en-suite and laundry sinks, pillows all very, very hard - had to buy suitable pillows to be able to sleep, oven fittings all rusted and glass dirty. Paint peeling in kitchen. Exhaust fan grille on bathroom on floor. Minimum kitchen utensils (eg. no egg slice). Property in urgent need of maintenance.

The property was pet friendly. Even though it was under construction, it was clean and very comfortable.

Living spaces are ok but bathroom was less than satisfactory, blonds in bedrooms let way too much light in too!
