Highly recommend. Quiet, safe, everyone is very friendly. Staff are amazing especially the cleaning crew. Always going above and beyond and were more than happy to extend our stay at very affordable rates.will definitely be our go to when needing accommodation in the Newcastle region. And were very accommodating with our furbabies too which was very important for us as they travel with us everywhere!

The property is in a good location and the rooms were comfortable. We had a few small issues and chatted to reception and these were rectified very quickly.
The only issue I found was the limited communication regarding the current building works on site which resulted in the impact on onsite parking and road changes based on Main roads works around the location.
Would certainly stay again.

I had to call to get directions to our room as I couldn’t find it with all the renovations, the man that answered was short and rude. The floors were really dirty our feet were gross after walking barefoot the afternoon we arrived. They have been renovated and the room was fairly nice for the price, however when the people staying above turned their exhaust fan on, it was incredibly loud in our room. They left it running all night and it made it difficult to sleep as it rattled the bathroom. Prior to realising where the sound was coming from, I called the reception and was told by the same rude man “there’s not much I can do about a fan, I don’t even know what you are on about” so the next night when the noise came back on we went up and asked them if they had just turned their exhaust fan on which they had. Thankfully they turned it off around 10:30 but it was back on very early the next morning waking us all up again. If the rooms were cleaner, quieter and the aggressive man was nicer, it would be a good place to stay.

- Shower door doesn’t shut and water goes all over the bathroom floor - big slip hazard.
-Kitchen tiles - greasy/sticky
-No bedside tables
-Felt very unsafe in and around the building - lot’s of junkies and dodgy people around.
-Woke up to someone screaming one night
-Terrible parking, only 5 spots, wasn’t told I’d have to book parking or pay extra for the privilege. No room for anything bigger than a small car.
-Thought I was staying in the Executive Villa’s, because that’s what I booked. After not being able to find my room and asking at reception they told me that my room is actually across the road in another building called the Azzuro.
-Will never stay here again and will tell everyone about my experience!

Terrible do not stay places run down staff daycare mentally prepared man standing his Undies in the lobby. The room was not clean at all. Haven’t been touched. The bed was disgusting with sand all over it from the previous people. The rubbish was overflowing. The roof stank those kids running around with the clothes on. And it looks like a prison. We've booked in with Jesmond Executive Villas 3-4 times in the passed 2 years. We were moved to the Azzurro apartments for the first 3 times so I can't comment on the villas as we haven't actually used them. I prefer the Azzurro apartments because it suits our needs n I can access them easily when going to and from John Hunter Hospital plus the convenience to shopping centre and take away places. On 2 occasions I did have to request bedding for the sofa lounge.

Broken drawer, shower never drained, missing utensils in kitchen, dirty hallway, always clicking noise, aircon unit not clean, beds not joined properly, dirty balcony with cigarette butts everywhere, smoky smell in rooms remaining , broken pictures , items left behind from previous stayers. Some attempt to modernise but it needs maintainence, efficient check-in and out which was somewhat efficient but was delayed. Pool not open despite advertising it was open and disappointing. Thought the negative reviews were just isolated incidents but unfortunately it lends to being true. Convenient location but inconvenient access and parking is tight so need to be ready for it. Noise is easily discernable between walls. Be prepared for disappointment should you wish to pay for that

Easy check in and out, but the unit we were in was dirty with broken window slats, clogged drains and missing towels, bathmats and hand towels. A huge shortage of parking resulted in on street parking some distance from apartment. Wouldn't say it was 4 star accommodation as advertised
