若習慣酒店房間，每天有清潔員工收拾房間，及打掃清潔。則此酒店不適合你。因此酒店須自助式清潔及打掃的。但酒店位置不錯，近購物區，酒店空間較大，有家的感覺，適合自駕遊人事，因交通不大方便。酒店床太軟，不舒服。

整體都幾好，只係太近馬路，有些嘈吵。 至於整潔就有問題，枕頭套有污漬，熟食餐具不太整潔。但是上網問題，比其他國家，就要改進，全球以旅遊為主的個家，都是提供免費上網，如要附費亦不太費，但是澳洲的在酒店上網費太貴了。

We've booked in with Jesmond Executive Villas 3-4 times in the passed 2 years. We were moved to the Azzurro apartments for the first 3 times so I can't comment on the villas as we haven't actually used them. I prefer the Azzurro apartments because it suits our needs n I can access them easily when going to and from John Hunter Hospital plus the convenience to shopping centre and take away places. On 2 occasions I did have to request bedding for the sofa lounge.

Kitchen had bo utensils to cook with only kettle abd toaster. Cockroaches in the room Damaged kitchen drawer Broken toilet Bathroom stinky The hotel pool is closed due to construction and the staff when I complained about the issues basically fobbed me off saying that they will get it sorted - why not advise in advance that pool is closed and that’s why I booked here. I will never stay here again the property condition is unacceptable and sirty

Room very clean, everything we needed there. Great location for public transport and shops.

Broken drawer, shower never drained, missing utensils in kitchen, dirty hallway, always clicking noise, aircon unit not clean, beds not joined properly, dirty balcony with cigarette butts everywhere, smoky smell in rooms remaining , broken pictures , items left behind from previous stayers. Some attempt to modernise but it needs maintainence, efficient check-in and out which was somewhat efficient but was delayed. Pool not open despite advertising it was open and disappointing. Thought the negative reviews were just isolated incidents but unfortunately it lends to being true. Convenient location but inconvenient access and parking is tight so need to be ready for it. Noise is easily discernable between walls. Be prepared for disappointment should you wish to pay for that

Easy check in and out, but the unit we were in was dirty with broken window slats, clogged drains and missing towels, bathmats and hand towels. A huge shortage of parking resulted in on street parking some distance from apartment. Wouldn't say it was 4 star accommodation as advertised

Average rooms, dodgy location, poor customer service and internet runs so slow you can’t even watch any streaming services and the staff know about it and don’t care. For the money paid this is the worst value place I have ever seen

This was the absolute worst stay we have had ever. We have usually stayed here before however this time we were disgusted in the location we were put across the street in their new facilities. The room was clearly never a hotel room and more of an office building andni will be making a big complaint about this further. Let's just say it was far from ideal and dirty and add an emergency fire alarm that saw the whole building evacuated.

Was nice and clean, comfy bed, good amenities but unfortunately the drain in our shower was a little blocked and overflowed slightly into the bathroom.

The whole experience was disgusting. The entrance looks very closed off, due to construction fencing. No polite information regarding this and the male employee I spoke to was rude from the get go. Told me the driveway was fine and not covered in construction fencing. The driveways were covered in garbage, with car ports full of bits of old plywood, garbage and very old, rotten insulation sitting in blue tarp. The rooms were also a joke. The main bedroom was tint, seperated entirely from the other room by the hallway, and neither have been cleaned in months. Dirt, food and filth everywhere from previous guests, gum stuck to the floor, the dishwasher base was full of water that was full of slime and mould due to being clogged up, with the inside door of the dishwasher full of calcified build up of mould and dishwashing powder. The top blanket in the master bedroom was some sort of cheap microfibre material that was full of crunchy parts, much like when something spills and is left to dry hard and crisp. Out the very front of our room there is a hole in the ground which a piece of thick wood is screwed into the ground and the sound of cars driving over it is deafening. We also ended up locked out of our master room, with no one answering the after hours number. When speaking to someone at 0700hrs, we were met with incredible rudeness and claims we pushed the check out button which is completely broken in the room we still had access to, I do have photos.

The place is totally surrounded by construction and high levels of traffic. Didn't even check in, turned away and booked somewhere else

Room was in disrepair. Complex was amass of drug affected and derelict people. Randoms knocking on doors at all hours of the night. Unclean, under construction and generally uninviting. Won’t be staying there on my next visits to the area. Extremely disappointed considering the cost.

Bathroom needed a deep clean. Walls needed some cleaning too. Cobwebs and dead bugs. Something on the bed or in the bed stank. Mould on rear windows behind shutters. Tiled floors not thoroughly mopped. Should remove dishwasher sashets as no dishwasher. I reported broken glass on outside stairs and it was never removed. Staff were nice & helpful to a foreign guest when she had issues understanding check in detaiks. I have dietary issues and was pleased to get a pretty well equiped kitchen that even had hobs - better than listed:) and a good extractor fan so no fire brigade needed for steak dinners. TV only had free to air and some radio channels. Was absolutely huge though and I had to walk around to see all of it ... almost. Air con was great but was asking for a filter clean.

Floor was sticky & if a drop of water got on the floor it was incredibly slippery. Looked forward to a swim after a long drive, pool out of bounds during renovations - no notification of such. Room right on road, very noisy. Had to shut bedroom door to try & reduce road noise, no fan in bedroom so very stuffy. Toaster wouldn't lock down. Mould all around silicon on bath/shower, dangerous getting in & out of same due to step & slipperiness. For the money paid per night this does not give any value for money & I'd like a refund. Do not stay here

the rooms are expensive, small, no cleaning, bed was falling apart.

Great location and very comfortable but cleanliness left a little to be desired Was great for what we needed for and the staff were awesome

Dirty and uncomfortable bed, cramped, minima crockery, light unable to turn off outside, security gate broken. Honestly I showered with sandals on. The other building is much better.
