施設は新しくありませんが、清潔感はありました。 部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があり便利でした。 洗濯洗剤と食器洗い機の洗剤は置いてありました。 大型スーパーとバス停までは徒歩5分、マリーナまで徒歩10分で便利でした。

Easy to make booking online, staff contacted me prior to check-in to confirm bed configuration. Friendly staff, clean and ample parking. Close to golf course, shops and restaurants.

Nice & easy

We, specifically, chose an apartment that wasn't a Pool View but we got one anyway We are old. The first day we were at the Mantra the noise from the screaming children was unbearable. Didn't cease till 9:15 pm (curfew was 9:00 pm). The apartment requires renovating and a good clean. Mould on the blind (which requires replacing) in the main bedroom. Probably because there was not a window in the room to air it out. Won't be booking through Wotif again!!!!

Great location – walking distance to town/Golf Club. Good condition, two bedroom two bathroom self-contained unit with pool views and easy parking. Only thing I didn’t like - in the past other people had fed the lorikeets which meant when we were trying to have some sundowners on the balcony we were being bothered by the birds.

Booked a Pool View room, but was allocated a room in the further most corner of the resort. You could see the pool in the distance so technically a "pool view" however this drew a very long bow considering the picture provided by WOTIF indicated an adjacent building "overlooking the pool. I get that WOITF does not allocate the rooms, howver dont get me to pay more for less. Better communication between booking agent & venue required as customer certainly feel betrayed. Would be hisitant again using WOTIF at this resort.

Very close to the shopping centre. Extremely clean and easy to manage unit.

I found a couple of things that were a downer for me. The lounge was way too soft that I had trouble getting off it. I needed to move the single chair closer to help. Also getting in and out of the shower was a problem. The bath was higher than the floor which could be dangerous. I put this same review for them so hopefully they will fix this problem. I don't recommend this property because of these 2 issues. Especially if you are a large person which I am.

Good accomodation but poor hot water in apartment. Staff did not seem to respond to this except to tell us to wait until it reheated .

Nice big apartment but the ensuite let it down as the tiles need a good clean and my bed wasn’t comfortable. Dishwasher didn’t work left everything dirty on a normal wash. Rest of apartment was good

We would have liked a nicer reception! The entrance to our part of the building was really wet for quite some time after the rain had stopped with no sign up. Needed to be mopped. The apartment was very nice and we booked there as it was close to the shops and clubs and not far from the water.
