2023/8/19、20に航空ショーが開催された関係でソーセージパーティを開いてくれたのがとても嬉しかったです。 あと管理人さんやアパートメントの住人がとても優しくて、居心地が良かったです。

素敵な海の目の前で、国立公園も近く日々のどかに過ごせました。また、 マーケットも徒歩圏内にあり、生活もしやすかったです。 ただ、日本語が全く通じないのと、ホテルでもなく、コンドミニアムでもなく、本当に日本で言うマンンションなので、初めは分からず戸惑いましたが、客室清掃が来ないことは落ち着けて良かったです。

Location was fantastic with full ocean views. Bed was comfortable. Blinds not blockout so wake at 4.30 in summer. Apartment was cheaply renovated, if you are a larger person would struggle to access narrow shower entrance, carpet was very old and smelt a bit off. The apartment you get is random and unlikely to be the one pictured when booking. Reception was friendly. Was fine for a few nights but wouldn’t stay again.

Clean with well stocked kitchen. Thankfully the AC worked well and no issues with the appliances.

Beach view/ staff / great little getaway spot

Yes the room was good. Unfortunatley teh pool wasnt as clean as expected and teh works around hotel was messy and noisy.

My family have previously stayed in a three bedroom apt at this property and enjoyed the location which is why we booked a return stay. However the apartment we were allocated this time was on a lower floor (7) and TBH it was not very clean. There was a strong smell of cooking fat and the kitchen including all the cutlery and crockery felt sticky. It appeared that the apartment had not had anything more than a surface clean for quite a while and there were cobwebs and dust around all the furniture and fittings. There was also SIGNIFICANT noise throughout the night from the construction works on the GC tram track. Only one of the lifts in the building worked which resulted in considerable delays entering and exiting the building - this was our experience on both trips. When the lift did eventually arrive on the ground floor it required a lot of workarounds to get it to respond to keyed directions. From chatting with full time residents of the property this is an enduring issue. Loved the location and the layout of the apartment but would not book again.

Great central location. Very clean apartment, lovely refurb.

A great base for a stay in Burleigh. Walk outside, cross the road to the beach. Apartment was spacious with fantastic amenities for a young family. A little tired in the apartment… could do with a paint and decor refresh… but otherwise very good.

The room was dirty with hair on the floor, food in one of the kitchen draws and a dirty microwave. When I had trouble getting the shower working at 4pm, the after hours staff member on the phone was unpleasant. They mentioned they have to pay someone to come out to take a look because all the staff have left already. After I explained that I needed to leave for the day before 8am the next morning (when reception opened again), they eventually sent someone to help (although it needed convincing). It felt like any questions I asked or issues that needed resolving was an inconvenience to them. The TV stopped working on day 2 of the stay. I didn't bother asking for assistance for that because of the demeaner received with other questions I had. I didn't complain about the dirty room while there, I let them know when I left so that it can be cleaned for the next guests. It didn't seem like they cared.

We were so surprised with what a good looking, well equipped apartment this was - the photos don't do it justice! Outdoor pool was too cold for us, we loved the indoor pool and gym

Clean, quiet and a great views

Lovely apartment right on the beach.

Mostly really good but the strip lighting under kitchen cabinets was extremely annoying when trying to sleep.
