冷蔵庫とポットが無いのは残念

The location of the hotel was excellent. They have a self check-in system ans I had trouble checking in since the name was registered incorrectly. Also it took a lot of time because I had to fill in all the information, like my home address in my country and a lot of error occurred. Also the room did not meet the expectation since the shower room was completely transparent and had no privacy at all and there was no table or a refrigerator in the room. So if you prioritize the location, this hotel would be good but if you want some privacy and convenience in the room, this hotel might not be the one for you.

Schwedenplatz駅から徒歩30秒の最高の立地でした。 はじめ、入り口が分かりにくかったのが残念。 (郵便局の入り口だと思い、スルーしてしまった) スタッフの皆さん、フレンドリーでした。 深夜までやっているバーがあり、滞在中のお掃除を辞退(3日に1回にする)と、バーでのドリンク券がもらえます。 お部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念ですが、フロントで預かってもらえるようです。 コーヒーマシーンやポットもありませんが、バーでもらうことができます。 クチコミに書かれていた、ガラス張りのシャワーですが、私は気になりませんでした。 洗面スペースとベッドエリアが分かれていない分、シャワーが浴びやすく、また乾燥防止になった気がします(面倒くさがりなので…)。 ただ、大きなスーツケースを広げるには、お部屋が狭かったです。広げられないことはないが…というレベルで。

ｼｬﾜｰしかないタイプですが部屋の居心地は良いです。 清潔で、シャンプ、コンディショナー、ボディクリーム設置ありました。場所はとてもよいのですが、入り口はわかりにくいです。

エクスペディアもホテルもキャンセルの対応がわるすぎ

Ruby Lissi is excellent

Ottima posizione, camera piccola ma comoda. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in albergo in quanto troppo cara (come spesso accade) per i nostri gusti. Personale veramente gentile, unica pecca è stato il check-in che pur essendo self-service non prendeva la città e quindi c'è stata qualche difficoltà.

Good stuff: The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to many attractions, restaurants and more. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not so great stuff: The automated check-in was glitchy and we received a couple error messages before we had to ask stuff to help. The menu at the restaurant could use an upgrade. Suggest having coffee/tea setup in the rooms rather than unnecessary items like amps and speakers. Much more useful!

Small room but updated. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet. Great location.

The room was a nice size as it was a room for wheel chair users we didn’t book this but were given this room it had no facilities for a drink no machine or kettle or any bottled water one would expect in a room , having stayed in hotels all over Europe and first one not to include anything , on arrival we had trouble checking in on iPad wouldn’t except us as we had a common surname that lots of people had , so went to bar/reception the member of staff was quite unfriendly first of all , but after a second go on system failing she helped , we weren’t told anything about where to get breakfast etc , we struggled to work out how to use the window blinds electronic or the lights , it was so hot in the room we asked about air conditioning on 2nd day and was abruptly told by same member of staff that it’s winter they are turned off , my daughter and husband who was in the other room I had booked couldn’t open their window so asked for help , the lady came up and made them feel that they were dumb and was rude , she clearly wasn’t happy as I later found out they were short staffed by a friendly male bar staff , other staff were friendly but not her , also after paying 3 seperate times for 3 cups of tea we noticed ourselves all along there was a small kitchen near the lounge that had a hot tap with tea and coffee facilitie we could of had for free If we had been told , staff just charged us and didn’t mention a thing ! Apart from the great location to town the hotel wasn’t great

Difficult to find hotel . Staff courteous but need to invest in more staff

Great Location, for everything. very funky decor and very clean too. We were upgraded to a Loft room, spacious. The bar had a jazz night one night, very good. Recommended.

Good room and good location

Comfortable and clean rooms. The common areas and lounge had a great vibe. Staff was excellent t and welcoming as well.
