The crane was amazing! My husband and I had an unforgettable honeymoon! Champagne in our room, complimentary massage, desserts galore, drinks on the way in and the staff are incredible! Everyone was more than kind we are so excited to come back when possible! Thank you for everything!

The resort was over the top amazing! Photos don't do it justice! The staff is so nice and went above and beyond for everyone.

The worst trip ever. The staff was rude and tried to stuff us in a different room than what I prepaid for. I paid for ocean front with a 26 foot pool, they tried to stick us with a garden view. Only after asking for the GM did they switch us to an ocean front room. The service was terrible. They never came to pick up our bags after 2 phone calls, I dragged them to the lobby myself. Don't waste your money on this place. Not even close to worth it.

I had a fantastic stay at the Crane. My family and I felt safe on resort. I recommend this resort.

The property is stunning.and very well kept. An upgrade to a contemporary suite is worth the extra money in my opinion. The staff were attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was great. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately, seaweed is a huge problem. There is a shuttle to another beach though. The resort is close to the airport, but not much else. The food was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The bartenders! Enjoyed the amenities very beautiful. Great for a short trip.

I feel split- the room was nice, clean, and decently modern. The pool areas and beach were nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice; however the restaurants and service on the other amenities were not. While most of the wait staff were nice and helpful, no one seemed cognizant of time. I mean, like it would take 2-3 hours to get our meals at the restaurant, with just waiting on either to be served, waiting on drinks/food or waiting on the check. This was at several of the locations (that wasn’t a “fast food” type place). And the food was subpar. Tried to order room service and waited on hold for 7 minutes before getting disconnected. Tried to order poolside service on the app that they advertised, waited an hour for a Diet Coke and appetizer and never received this (was later told the app system was down so they never received the order). While the property is beautiful and I do recognize they tried their best to be communicative (I received emails/texts every day about daily updates); it seems like the inconsistency between staff members and service was the biggest drawback for me and the other members in my group.

Good overall experience. Property very nice room was clean. Opted for a suite with ocean view and small paddle pool. The pool is right besides to balcony which overlooks the ocean. Since pool was covered it did not get much heat so water colder than normal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice had plenty of storage for clothes and full kitchen an even washer and dryer. Beach was nice however not too big maybe half mile in length. Property was easy to navigate and suite was centrally located everything was in easy walking distance. Restaurants were good the Carriage house had the best wings on the property and to me was best value.

Loved the resort and the vibes. I will say we had a disappointing experience at Azzure restaurant when we were 10 min late to our reservation for our anniversary dinner and were told that the chef had left because they didn’t think we were coming and no one bothered to contact us. The hostess was unapologetic and unable to offer us anything and most of the other restaurants were closed at 9 pm which was terrible. Otherwise everything else went smoothly.

I am very disappointed i made reservations for a specific suite and was checked in to a different suite when i told front desk they said that what happens sometimes, i was not refunded for price difference , the suite shower was broken AC was leaking, scuffs on the floor not to mention the floor was dusty it felt like sand on the floor and under my feet were dirty i was very disappointed not to mention it was my birthday getaway.

- Hot tub was under construction - we were not informed of this... so it was very disappointing. - This hotel is undergoing construction beside building 53... stay in building 52! - Security at resort was lacking BIG time! Not one guard around even on beach area where locals came down side stairs off property to sell 'coconuts' - Don't stay here on Sundays... the resort seemed shutdown no restaurants were available to feed us (unless reservations were set)... - Hotel booked our airport transfer with THE WORST driver every! He went 90 in a 65! And we were very scared. - Good news though L'Azure was wonderful for our Gluten allergy traveler - Loved having a washer and dryer in room. - Loved the plant-life and felt like such a White Lotus resort. Over all we had a blast BUT it

This was our second visit to The Crane and we loved it. There have been a number of expansions since we were here last and the property continues to be well taken care of. We stayed in a three bedroom suite with rooftop pool and everything was beautifully done and like new. Food was great, we especially loved the Tuesday night Beach barbeque. Great high end yet relaxed vibe.

We absolutely loved Barbados—the culture, the people, the food, the stunning beaches, and the ocean were all amazing! Unfortunately, our experience at The Crane Resort was quite disappointing. The Good: - The resort has beautiful grounds. - Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. - We stayed in a spacious private residence that offered fantastic views and a large balcony. The Bad: - The beach was unusable every day, forcing us into a cramped shuttle ride for 35 minutes to a very crowded alternative beach. While that beach had nice water and sand, it was inconvenient. - The pools were not well-maintained; the water was dirty and cloudy, and there were only 4 to 6 lounge chairs available—definitely not enough for a resort of this size. - There was no nightlife whatsoever; everything shut down by 10 PM. - Most of the restaurants were subpar. Even breakfast and lunch made Starbucks seem gourmet. Zen was decent, but our order was frequently misunderstood, making for unexpected meals, though they were fresh and tasty. - Wi-Fi was unreliable, working only about 10% of the time, and the gym was outdated and in poor condition. - We noticed stray cats roaming the grounds. - Check-in took forever, and we didn’t get our room until after 4 PM. - Management displayed a lack of care and often spoke down to guests. While we cherish our memories of Barbados, we have no intention of returning to The Crane Resort. We’d recommend exploring options on the West Coast instead.

WiFi was down nearly 50% of the time & no H20 for nearly 8 (daytime) hours

Clean room, helpful staff. Great view! It could use an overhaul though, but based on what I heard from the crane information it is getting upgraded to be more of 2026.

The rooms was clean and beautiful, the staff are polite and very helpful.
