⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay — Thank You!
I came from Edmonton to Vancouver to see my favourite band, Wolf Alice, at the Commodore Ballroom, and my stay at The Atrium Hotel made the whole experience even better! The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything went perfectly.
Thank you for being part of this great journey — I’ll definitely stay here again next time!
The only exception from the hotel staff are the two Indian ladies in the front desk on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 3pm, other than that all the staff are very polite.
Thank you Carlos for your service and your hospitality, you are a very nice person and thank you for the ride in the shuttle to Canada place.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was a secure, had to use your room key to get to your floor. Breakfast was nice. It was great to have the shuttle service, and the staff where so nice and helpful.

着いた時に、アイスボックスの中に前の人のティッシュが入っているなど、清潔感に問題がありました。また、壁が薄く、夜は隣の人の声がうるさく眠れずでした。スタッフの方は特に問題無く、感じは良かったです。

全体的には不満はないですが眺望は期待できないです。あと、ランドリー室はありますが洗うのに1ドルコインで2枚、乾燥は1ドルコインで3枚必要でなおかつとても古い機械です。コインの不便さと洗濯乾燥機の古さでやめました。

We had a perfect stay! Other than running into the corners of the bed every five min, but that was my fault. Haha! Super nice of you have kids, easy food options within minutes. Restaurants across the street, and you get discounts if you mention you’re staying there. Price was good, staff was super nice and helpful. Loved that they offer breakfast! Only downside was no pool, but we found a ton of other things to keep us busy. Thank you!!!

This location is very central located. Close to restaurants and options all in walking distances. Good bus services right out door of hotel. Customer service was very friendly and helpful with any questions. If cruising on a cruise ship this hotel offers free drop off.

We stayed at Atrium hotel for two nights before our cruise. It was a distance from airport but worth the drive. The staff were so welcoming and the hotel was very clean. We were in second floor on backside of hotel away from busy street. It was so quiet and beds were so comfy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Could only stay one night of the 2 nights I paid in advance for and the gal did not want to even ask the manager if I could get a credit for the future and one should not be scared to just ask their manager. Just wasted money now. Breakfast had weak options and not even bananas. Cheap sausage to just having bacon never wins me over either! Too far away to the downtown to try and bus/walk. My bad there. I dislike bringing my car to avoid all extra parking fees everywhere!
