The staff were incredibly kind! The location was perfect for our city trip! And the room itself was super clean! Would come back again!

Everything was amazingly clean. Staff were incredibly helpful despite my difficult needs as a guest. Lots of construction going on so hoping to see how amazing it looks the next time we stay! Breakfast bar was delicious and filling and included in the stay. They care about dietary restriction and it shows in their breakfast bar options :)

Stayed the night after a concert at the PNE forum and I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area! Rooms were nice and clean, staff were great, and the breakfast buffet was SO MUCH better than I was expecting. Probably one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel. They were undergoing renos at the time of stay but it did not effect my experience at all.

Enjoy staying here close to where we are working. Renovations are still ongoing. Not a real fan of pay parking while you stay at the hotel.

We always enjoy staying here. Hopefully the construction will be completed soon. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise as this has just been implanted in the last year.

Nice hotel. I usually stay here on business travel. Been tough during renovations but once it’s done it will be great. The only thing missing is a pool and or hot tub. Gym will be a great addition once it’s done.
