We were at 4th floor. It supposed to have a balcony but it wasn’t a balcony!! Windows were not sound proof. We were hearing the noise of street whole night. The water pressure of the shower was low. I was misunderstood by the hotel explanation of Expedia that parking is included but it was not. I paid 21$ for each night

I booked 3 balcony rooms. Only 1 had a true balcony. The other 2 rooms had a balcony sized window with a concrete ledge approximately 1 foot wide. You couldn't even go out onto it. I would NOT consider this a balcony and should not have been charged extra for these rooms. Other than that the rooms were clean, well provisioned and the beds were comfortable. Don't waste your money paying for a balcony room.

We stayed in a two queen bed room, but the air conditioner was very far from the second bed, so almost no air reached that side of the room. It became extremely uncomfortable and felt suffocating during the night. Very bad experience overall.

We stayed here for 1 night due to them having a shuttle to the cruise port. We ended up having to uber because our family of 5 would not have been able to travel to the port all together in the shuttle. There is one shuttle scheduled every hour on the hour and only 10 people can fit in the shuttle. You have to reserve your spot. So people who checked in before us were able to get their spot which only left a spot for 3 people at 9am and 2 people at 10 am. We like to stay together so we had to Uber which was expensive (especially since I paid more than I wanted for the convenience of the shuttle) but we were able to arrive and check-in for our cruise together. The kids enjoyed breakfast. There are lots of restaurants around so walking for meals/ snacks is not an issue. The gym was small but had everything needed. We did not go to their attached restaurant. We would stay here again.

The room was clean, staff great but you do need a waiting area for the amount of people going through this hotel with seating. Renovating for a better is good but a seating area would increase satisfaction. For me you need friendlier and more courteous clients, this also would increase solo client satisfaction .However it would be a trial to fix this.
