We only stood for one night, but the service received was five stars. Clean room, very helpful staff and centralize located. We arrived earlier than expected and the front desk staff offer to help spend our time in the best places in downtown while safeguarding our luggage.

Beautiful updated room! Appreciated the usb charging on the bedside nightstand!! The only complaint would be the view from our balcony of the nearby neighborhood. Might be good to have some privacy screens installed

The rooms were tidy and the staff friendly. However, the breakfast was nothing I'd recommend and while the room had a balcony, it was looking into neighbours appartment. Which also meant that if you would open the curtains the neighbour could look straight into your room. The balcony was also not ina state that you would want to spend any time on it - which is fine, if the expectations are not raised by particularly offering a room with balcony. Overall, I'd claim the money for value was not a fit here.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We were in room 208 and the rooms on that side face the street. Unfortunately, the street noise was significant and noise from either a local bar or hotel event was loud until 1am on our first night there. The hotel staff refunded our parking fees for the inconvenience. It was an otherwise pleasant stay and the breakfast was fair.

The hotel is finishing up some renovations and it is coming along very nicely. The new fitness room is lovely. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was conveniently located for an event we attended at the PNE forum.

Das Zimmer war sauber, wir haben keinen Roomservice in Anspruch genommen.
Im Hotel finden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir davon nichts gemerkt.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und zum Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.
Wir würden wiederkommen.
