Our first time in Vancouver and it's not easy to pick a hotel based on reviews, but we chose Atrium based on the reasonable rates and good reviews. We were not disappointed at all. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised that the Atrium exceeded our expectations. They have clean rooms, friendly staff, and breakfast included. Also, we arrived early because our cruise arrived in port at 8:00 a.m. They held our bags until check in so we could explore the area. They did the same after we checked out, because we had an evening flight. I would score five stars and definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was great. The front desk personel on all occasions were excellent and went well beyond with the couple of items I asked about. Shuttle driver, Carlos, was very nice. My complaint with the whole stay is with Expedia itself. 8 months ago you could not find an hotel room in Vancouver. Two or three months ago numerous rooms appeared on Expedia, although at an inflated price and nonfundable. I reserved the Atrium Inn. Months later there were rooms everywhere and less than half of what I paid. Not fair on Expedia.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, I had reserved two rooms long time ago but got them far apart from each other. There was noise due to roadside traffic and we were not able to sleep well. The neighboring room had their tv on late after midnight and we couldn’t sleep. The gym equipment was not working, my husband reported it but no action was taken.
The staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was very decent and overall a good location. The hotel charges a separate parking fees for the car.

It was prefect for the short stay, they are in the middle of renovations and a face lift but it’s a great location breakfast was good over all it was a good stay will do it in the future again
