The staff was kind and the continental breakfast was huge! That was our favorite part. It was in a whole restaurant. The property is great and an excellent value as well. We would stay again!

The Atrium hotel was a great place to stay during my week in Vancouver. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was only 15-20 minutes from most attractions. The breakfast wasn't that great, but that is my only negative comment. The value was fantastic and I would stay there again.

Two things about the room, maybe three. 1. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. It would be good to have a place to hang bath towels. 2. The toilet dispenser is in a very awkward position as it relates to the toilet. Bonus feedback: The room window looked at at a white brick wall. I felt like I was in jail. I laughed about it, but if I ever stay there again, I would ask for a room that doesn't face the brick wall. End

The free parking is so hard to turn around from the door. The receiption service is not friendly. The manager of the hotel tends to talk around the problem instead of dealing with it.

Breakfast was ok. Room was really noisy next to road. The sliding door wasn’t sealed and sounded like the window was open to the outside. Hotel has been poorly renovated.

The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, but there was a mixup with the room which took longer than expected to be resolved. Also a balcony room does NOT mean there is a view.

Room was OK. There's something off about this place, though. Staff is surly and reception never answers the phone. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was a "mark" as con artists say. I think it's a management problem -- their attitude seems to be to protect the hotel from the guests rather than serve them. I know that's vague, but it's the feeling I had the whole time. If you're there for the downtown Vancouver experience, spend the extra money and stay downtown. There's a large unsavory neighborhood between this hotel and downtown Vancouver. All in all, not worth the money I saved.
