Atrium Hotel Vancouver

We enjoyed our stay the breakfast was very good. It was nice to have shuttle service to the cruise port and be able to leave truck st the atrium while on cruise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property was clean but there was a small spider in one of the beds. Also we were charged $2.00 dollars per bottle of water which should have been free of charge.

Room was clean and staff was helpful.

I booked the Atrium Hotel to spend a couple of days in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. It was stated online, when I booked the hotel, that they provided free shuttle service to/from the cruise ship port. However, when I called to request them to pick us up, I was told that they only provide shuttle service TO the port. That was our first negative experience. We acquired an Uber to drive us to the hotel. The drive to the hotel was through a very disturbing and unsafe part of Vancouver. When you're paying over $400/night for a hotel, you definitely don't expect this. When we arrived at the hotel, we were able to do an early check-in after paying an additional $35. At that time the front desk offered a list of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (none of which were anything that we considered even remotely "nice", and also offered to book excursions for us during our stay. After checking my phone for excursions that we might be interested in, I went to the front desk to book an excursion for the next day, and much to my surprise it was over $600 when I could book it myself for around $400. They must have quite a considerable mark-up. There was a balcony from our room that overlooked the street. It was very noisy, and the fact that this was when the World Cup Soccer event was going on, it was VERY noisy. The best thing about this hotel was the complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. I called the hotel the day before we checked in and booked a spot on the shuttle. They were on time, friendly and it worked out great.

We hadv2 different bookings and was told we might have to change rooms as the second booking had no view. I asked if possible. NISHU at the front desk was awesome and helpful. With her magic fingers she made changes so we could stay. Thank you Nishu for doing that. They also have a free shuttle on the hour that takes you down to Canada place. Breakfast is also included and very good. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great hot breakfast until 10am. Very friendly staff. Had a King with sofa sleeper and lots of extra space for bags. It was nice having a full size mirror beyond just having one in the bathroom. Microwave, refrigerator with tiny freezer and a safe were part of the room. It is directly on a main bus line downtown which helps eliminate the need to move your car from the underground parking.

Property was comfortable but old. The air conditioning was very loud. Our window was against a brick wall so not much light. Only stayed one night.

No issues with this hotel. Breakfast was great and a great variety.

I usually don’t leave reviews but my family and I were very impressed. The staff at the atrium were all so attentive and the room and facility were wonderful. Also very close to all the amenities on government just a short walk. We will definitely be staying here again

It was a perfect spot for our concert across the street. The hotel was under construction, but that didnt bother us. Breakfast was good, location was great, room was clean!

Would like to update my previous front desk experience. Next morning I spoke with desk and manager came forward to address the fact no reservation had been made for shuttle to Canada Place. She apologized and made arrangements for a taxi to take us at hotel expense to the port. She explained that the clerk who received my early online check-in request was new and did nothing with it. I am very satisfied with the way the hotel handled my issue. The evening bar food meal was delicious. Killer French fries. The breakfast buffet was one of the most bountiful I think I have ever seen! Would stay there again!
