モダンな雰囲気を演出してのことか、天井はコンクリートと配管がむき出し。キッチンの設備が充実している。冷蔵庫もシンクのインテリアに合わせた扉でおしゃれ。部屋は期待したほど広くはない。シャワールームは印象が良い。受付の人がいないので、チェックインは複雑。電話してアクセスコードをもらい、入館。駐車場がなく、近くのパブリックパーキングにとめるしかない。建物の目の前が工事中で、周囲は騒音がひどい。室内はそれなりに遮音されてはいるが、音は少し聞こえてくる。夜9時だけど何か機械を使ってる。たぶん夜通し続くだろう。総合的に見ると、おすすめ度は高くない。はっきり言ってもっと割引きしてほしい。

Boxotel isn't particularly fancy, but it has everything you need for a great stay in Montreal. It is located within easy walking distance to downtown, old Montreal, the mountain and the plateau. The rooms aren't big but they are modern, comfy and well equipped. The rooftop terrace is bright and private; and the breakfast bar gives you everything you need to get on your way in the morning. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back!

Great stay! Only gripe is the spa wasn’t open and there was seemingly no air conditioning.

Clean, convenient location for our stay. Quality products used and lovely plants in lobby. Could have used a kettle in the room for hot water for tea but they kitchen has a lot of supplies.

Excellent accueil, hôtel très original par sa conception unique avec des chambres de style minimaliste adaptées pour passer un agréable séjour avec tous ce qu’on a besoin, cuisinette, lave-vaisselle, laveuse sécheuse. Que dire de l’hospitalité du propriétaire qui nous offre le café et condiments nécessaires pour le petit déjeuner, pas de la grosse gastronomie mais agréable. Malheureusement le spa n’était pas ouvert mais je peux m’imaginer les moments de détente à passer sur la terrasse vue sur la ville! Merci et au plaisir de se revoir lors de notre prochain séjour à Montréal!

Clean and accessible

Very pleasant experience! Would stay again. The roof desk and sauna were an added bonus.

It was clean but hot tub weas out of service which is wwhy we stayed there. But they did offer a nice continental breakfast. Also parking is not at the hotel ...EV charging is outside on the street or in a neighboring parking garage but it didn’t work.

Staff was friendly at check in, room was clean and the kitchen is great if staying for extended period and want to cook. The only reason I likely won’t go back is the glass, shower doors, that make up the bathroom “walls.” I don’t care how much I love a person, there are some things that need to remain private, and using the bathroom is one of them.

Wonderful little spot with lots of in room amenities. Heater floor in bathroom was a bonus. Hot tub was out of service but we were not too disappointed. I was a litre nervous of the location, it was bordering some less desirable streets but overall very close to old Montreal and other tourist sights
