주차만 가능하면 정말 모든게 완벽

Very pleasant experience! Would stay again. The roof desk and sauna were an added bonus.

It was clean but hot tub weas out of service which is wwhy we stayed there. But they did offer a nice continental breakfast. Also parking is not at the hotel ...EV charging is outside on the street or in a neighboring parking garage but it didn’t work.

Staff was friendly at check in, room was clean and the kitchen is great if staying for extended period and want to cook. The only reason I likely won’t go back is the glass, shower doors, that make up the bathroom “walls.” I don’t care how much I love a person, there are some things that need to remain private, and using the bathroom is one of them.

Wonderful little spot with lots of in room amenities. Heater floor in bathroom was a bonus. Hot tub was out of service but we were not too disappointed. I was a litre nervous of the location, it was bordering some less desirable streets but overall very close to old Montreal and other tourist sights

Everything was really wonderful at Boxotel. The room was so thoughtfully designed to include a full kitchen with dishwasher, a fold out table & chairs, and a washer & dryer. We enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning after the gym. Check in and out were so easy, and the location is perfect. We'll be back to visit Montreal again!

+ La chambre était très propre et confortable et il y avait une personne sympathique à mon arrivée pour m'accueillir (une chance, car il est nécessaire d'avoir un code pour entrer dans l'immeuble (ce que je n'avais pas reçu lors de ma réservation) - Le déjeuner est un libre-service : yogourt-croissant-café-jus entre 7h et 11h am. Vers 10h, il ne reste pratiquement plus rien... et il n'y a personne sur place. La terrasse est très bien, mais le jacuzzi était fermé en mars.

This place is the perfect traveler's hotel. Great location, super functional. Can't say enough good things.

The staff was very welcoming! The room was lovely. I especially loved the gym facility. Their treadmill, weights, all workout equipment was excellent! I would highly recommend staying here in this sweet gem of a place if you are visiting Montreal!

​I stayed at Boxotel and had a really nice experience, though there are a few things future travelers should keep in mind before booking. ​The hotel itself is really cute and has a great vibe. However, I mistakenly booked my room thinking it included a balcony, as the photos for that specific room type showed one. It was a bit disappointing, but I didn't let it ruin the trip! Just be sure to double-check the specific room details if outdoor space is a priority for you. ​A few other notes for your stay: Be aware that there is no complimentary housekeeping service during the stay. On Saturday, I noticed there was limited hot water, so you might want to plan your showers accordingly. Overall, it's a lovely spot, just make sure you know what to expect regarding the amenities!

Should be a 5 star review, there is so much to like about this property, it is modern, clean, good location for downtown and plateau, the rooms are great and I have no issue with the limited onsite staff presence. The issue is the listed amenities. I booked the hotel specifically because of the spa and gym. The spa is out of order, and by the other reviews on google it seems it has been that way for months if not a year. There was no note of this anywhere during the booking process. I specifically checked as I have been caught out with issues like this before. A real disappointment. The gym is a really beautiful space but barely has any equipment in it. Of the few pieces in it, the pulley machine and one single treadmill were broken. I don’t expect much from a hotel gym, a rack of weights and a couple of cardio machines would have been more than sufficient, but the equipment seemed like it was more for show than actual use. When these issues were raised, nothing from the hotel. Expedia kindly offered me a partial credit. Mostly just disappointing because these seem like such easy fixes and the stay would have been perfect. If you care about these amenities, probably choose somewhere else. If you don’t, I’m sure you’ll have a fine stay.

Was an incredible stay! Went far above our expectations. The room was amazing, had great amenities and was incredibly comfortable. Staff was so welcoming and friendly, would come again.
