2日間ゆったりと滞在できました　暖炉に薪で火を焚いて、素敵な時間が過ごせました レストランでサポートしてくれたビクトリアさん　最高でした　ありがとう

I loved the room! It was so cute and cozy and was so much better than a regular hotel room. I didn't like that the hot tub was down all day one of the days and it was our coldest day so we really wanted to go in the hot tub. It did finally open at 7:30pm, but we really wanted to go in after a long day of hiking before our dinner plans. Parking was also hard to find some nights when we came back from dinner. We always found a spot but usually had to walk pretty far back to our place.

I stay here at least ince a year and normally love it. This year, maintenance on the hot tub was preformed. Taking it out of commission after a 4500 person running event. Very poor timing.

Everything was perfect

Hotel is on a mountain with great views, comfortable rooms, nice staff, parking and accesible through public transportation. 5 min to Banff’s downtown

Rooms were well appointed & comfy, staff friendly & food of good standard. However despite us paying for a premium suite our room overlooked the car park and was quite noisy with people coming & going at all hours.

There is no elevators and there is hardly any parking. We arrived late after a tour and had to park far and had to leave our heavy bags in car because of hard Access to the room. Also there was no macrowave in the room. And seems like they had just done some halfway plumbing job. There was a cut piece of drywall that was not properly put back and it felt as if we had some critter's company in the room. The bathroom sink was still clogged.

Mit meiner Kreditkarte haben wir ein wunderbares Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war riesig, wir hatten einen Kamin, eine große Dusche und eine Badewanne. Es war sauber, alles war top. Es gab einen Hot Pot und ein Tolles Restaurant. Wir hatten allerdings nur einmal Frühstück, aber das war ganz toll. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich der Busshuttle nach Banff Centre, der pro Fahrt und Kopf 2 CAD kostet. Was zu empfehlen ist, da wenig Parkoptionen in Banff. Am Hotel selber befinden sich ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für die Gäste. Absolute Empfehlung. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

Lovely stay

The room was beautiful with a fireplace and living area. We really enjoyed our stay, and even saw a herd of elk in a nearby field. Beautiful area.
