Fantastic location within walking distance to the downtown. There’s also a free bus service which will take you all places in the town. The hotel is very good and we received an upgrade to a suite which was nice. The staff are really friendly and happy to assist you. Happy hour and Pasta Monday are a must.I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the near future.

首先已經拒绝25元餐飲代卷。交涉後說会入房間數。最後email check单都係冇。差
客房距離大堂位置遠。大雪中難移動行李check in /out。沒主動協助。差
洗手閒洗手盆塞。周圍燈枱地下都明顯灰塵。好似好耐冇人住。感覺好驚。差
每日客房清潔只摺被。沒清理诜手間毛巾。沒更換。放在地上都沒更換。超差
不值得這價錢。

The customer service is outstanding. The property is stunning. The restaurant is okay. The room is special. The beds could use an upgrade. Did not sleep well due to the beds. I would still recommend this place to everyone on earth.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The rooms are so cozy (we had a premium double queen) and clean. Having fire wood right outside the door with endless fire starters was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, no shortage of towels. It was quiet, parking was easy. The restaurant was great! The attentiveness of staff was super impressive! We never waited more than 5-10 mins to have something brought to our room after calling. The hot tub was lovely. The grounds a very scenic and beautiful, having a deck was such a treat when watching the sun rise over the mountain. The staff seemed very friendly and wanted to ensure we were happy with our stay. Easy check in and check out.

Mountain View great! The room had an old smoke smell which came from the fireplace. I think the stones need cleaning. They are covered in black soot and I think the room would smell better if they were cleaned. I and sensitive to smells

We had a peaceful enjoyable stay at this lodge. The staff is professional, friendly and focused on client satisfaction. The mountain views are fantastic as well as, the dining experience at their on site restaurant, The Prow. We will come back!
