全て素晴らしかった。 中世の城の様なホテルですごす特別な新年となった。プール、スケートリンクなどのレクリエーション施設も充実。レストラン以外にも、意外とリーズナブルな軽食が食べられる施設がいくつかあった。 以前と比べてコストが10倍になってしまった事は残念だが、致し方ないのであろう。 何とか、年越しのパレードは再開してほしい。あれを子供に見せたくて戻ってきたのだ...

ロケーションが、良い

ジュニアスィート、2ベッド、ビューを選んだので、かなり高い値段でしたが、その割には最高のサービスではなかったし、部屋も別の棟だったので荷物を持っての移動がやや不便でした。部屋からの景色も期待した側の景色ではありませんでした。レストランチョップハウスは美味しくてサービスもよく、値段もかなり高かったです。

Wonderful Christmas experience!

This is honestly the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. The hotel itself is beautiful and iconic, and the rooms are very nice. However, the Gatehouse building is far from what I would consider a 5-star experience — the common areas and even the hallways clearly need renovation. Nothing that ruins your stay, but it definitely doesn’t match the Fairmont luxury standard. What truly disappointed me is the lack of security: any tourist can freely access the Living Room and common areas, and unfortunately that’s how my personal belongings were stolen. I asked the hotel for help identifying who took them, and I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the police. I never imagined that in a hotel like Fairmont Banff Springs someone could just walk in and steal from guests. Overall, a beautiful place, but this experience was genuinely sad and very disappointing.

The overall hotel and spa was lovely. Only thing that wasn’t ideal was that our room wasn’t quite ready upon arrival but we were able to still check in and received a text once it was ready to go. We then had to wait in a long line a second time to finish off the check in process which seemed counter productive. The rooms are starting to look a little tired if you look closely but overall I would highly recommend. The Rundle Bar has great light fare options and is a really nice vibe.

Beautiful place and sweetest workers and helpers. Can’t say enough about the location also. I would love to stay Gold everytime when we come back.

The quality of the facility, amenities, services, and staff are all excellent.

The phone in my room didn’t work, the room didn’t have towels or any amenities to shower so I had to make multiple international phone calls from my cell phone and we had to bring down all our own luggage by hand (they don’t let you use the luggage carts). The bathroom in our room fit inside harry potters under stairs room. Definitely not worth $900.

Room was very clean, and staff came in before the bedtime to set the bed so that we can sleep.

The location speaks for itself but the staff were so attentive and friendly. They really went the extra mile to make sure all of your needs were met and you were satisfied. This goes for everyone -from wait staff, housekeeping, valet/front desk, spa, and shops. The resort has everything you could possibly need if you didn't want to leave the premises. Even some of the most scenic hikes originate in the hotel grounds. We went during Christmas when the temp dropped to 20 below so we stayed in and never felt like we were missing out! Beautifully decorated, ability to rent outdoor gear, and a really cool history of the hotel tour-It was an experience we will never forget!
