The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was very small, with a large crack in the sink and paint coming off the bathtub.

It was all just great!

Very cozy and comfortable stay overall, amazing view, room is functional, professional and welcoming staff. Will come back.

Everyone was so great to my parents and made there anniversary extra special.

Extremely accommodating to our Pembroke Welsh Corgi! Just a great place for o hang out and interact with other guests.

What a great place to stay. The setting was beautiful. The hotel was just awesome! Lots of history. Very cool experience. We will be travel back in the summer to stay again.

The staff were polite, friendly and chatty (when you wanted them to be without being intrusive) Breakfast buffet is always good and the Rundle Lounge is a great hangout place after a long day. The only downside is that the hotel has lost a little of its luxury charm (we’ve been staying there many years), it seems to cater more to conferences / corporate.

Amazing stay, staff we great the Rundle bar has spectacular views and great cocktails.

The staff. Are absolutely phenomenal. Went above and beyond the gold foor staff / bartender / food services/ cleaning staff and desk staff truly made this a special and memorable trip, we absolutely loved the Vermillion restaurant which! I normally love 1888, but the Vermillion room head of house was amazing the food blew 1880 out of the water for quality, thank you for everything unt

Beautiful place with lots of history, very clean but the rooms are tiny, and bathroom is tiny, but was built 125 years ago

Great room, great staff, the most unbelievable bar menu, unreal filet mignon, beautiful pool area. Like being in another world.

The staff were incredible. Our car was always ready for us and everyone was kind and paid special attention to detail. One staff member over heard us talking about going to dinner at one of the restaurants at the hotel. We asked him if we needed a reservation and he said no, you should be able to get right in. We had a party of 9. When we showed up to the restaurant a table was already reserved for us because that staff member had called ahead and reserved the table for us on our behalf. 10 out of 10!
