Clean room, great turn down service, friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Vermillion restaurant had a good breakfast and dinner menu. Bowling was a hit with the kids.

What a beautiful hotel. It's magnificent and worth the money. It surely is The Castle in the Rockies. I highly recommend the Fairmont Banff Sprins Hotel.

The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.

Loved the access to taking the bus downtown. We rented a car for snowboarding, so not sure how that transportation works. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this fabulous hotel!

This hotel is perfect if you went skiing and need to relax afterwards. The spa facilities are clean and well kept. Customers have to pay an extra fee to use these facilities. The gym was disappointing—it was small and not well equipped. The food and service was excellent at all the restaurants that it has to offer. We stayed at the Fairmont Gold and didn’t get a proper tour of our room and the texting service did not work. I felt the staff could go further to accommodate the customers.
