The room is insanely small. It is absolutely overated. Also the floor was designed with zero consideration of their customer. It has stairs in each floor. I have to carry my two huge suitcases upstairs. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. trash as fk.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Historic "castle" was beautiful!

This is a beautiful hotel, basically a castle in the Rockies. However, it is an extremely old property and that in itself limits the property. The rooms are okay, very standard for what you get in a 3/4 star hotel. The bathrooms on the other hand are what you get in a 2 star hotel. The bathrooms are very very dated and extremely small. Our bathtub was chipped, it's also very tiny. You can just get one person in the bathroom, that is it. The toilet was also very very stained.. And not pleasant to look at either, they were clearly old worn out marks. The bathroom is not great. The bed and pillows were comfy, an AC that works. I think people see the building and completely forget that this is just a 4 star hotel. It doesn't look it on the outside but inside the rooms it is evident this is not a 5star unfortunately. The rate you pay for the room in my opinion is absolutely not worth it. I love my luxurious hotels and have no problems with paying alot of money for nice hotels... However I would not say the amount I paid for this hotel was worth it unfortunately. If you want to spend time in this hotel, explore, dine and walk around.. But save your money in my opinion.

The view was gorgeous, the room was light and airy, and the staff was kind and very welcoming.

ダウンタウン迄は少し距離がありますが、Roamと言う循環バスの無料チケットをもらう事が出来るので、アクセスは便利です。ダウンタウンから離れているので、静かで、部屋の窓からは野生の鹿さんをみる事が出来ました。素晴らしいホテルだと思います。バスタブが無いのが唯一残念でした。

Beautiful hotel and stunning location. Gatehouse room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Close to downtown, easy to walk to, but they offer a complimentary bus/shuttle which we appreciated on the cold cold evenings.

Had to ask for water in the room, was advised to drink from tap! TV quality was not good!

Friendly helpful staff, amazing views and hitel

Clean room, staff web above and beyond, we were part of the VIP program and it was lovely. The pool could’ve been cleaner but still the perfect temperature and the change rooms and couches were clean. The vermillion room was amazing, absolutely perfect breakfast everyday. We did the campfire experience and it was lovely. The staff were all so friendly.

Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. The only downside is the noise in the pool area, it so loud. The outdoor sauna was nice except could hear noise from pool in it and limited space in sauna.

This hotel was full of nostalgia & went above & beyond to make our stay top notch! I truly can't say enough about the quality of staff, hotel restaurants & food, quality drinks alcohol & non, cleanliness, activities offered, the pool area was incredibly clean, comfy & the backdrop of the mountains was breath taking!!! We have been to many hotels around the world but this one far exceeds!!!!

Very impressive hotel with amazing facilities. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Valet staff was always available and helpful.

Definitely worth experience to stay there.
