Excellent cozy European feel as expected! The door was damaged and so the deadbolt wouldn't latch properly, but otherwise everything was good!

Excelente ubicación, propiedad con falta de mantenimiento, y falta de limpieza. Camas no muy cómoda. Por el precio creo solo pediría más limpieza en los baños y entrada.

So close to restaurant and shopping.

La zona esta bien, tienes muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Es una zona ruidosa . El desayuno terrible.

Amazing breakfast .

La ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno que ofrecen es bueno. Las habitaciones limpias pero Muy, Muy, Muy pequeñas.

Very nicely restored building. We had the classic room which had plenty of room and nicely located on main floor. Very comfortable space and bed. Only thing I would add is bath mat for inside tub. It was slippery and I already had a recent fall so was very cautious in shower. Location was great. Parkade was less than a block away and not overpriced. Many many restaurant choices close by for supper but really appreciated the breakfast included next door at Sagamite. Highly recommend!

Great location & good breakfast at wonderful restaurant! Quebecoi atmosphere is so relaxing! Be aware no elevator so could be an issue for some unless you request first floor!👍🌞

Hotel was in a great location to walk around old Town. Beware there are No elevators, you have to carry your luggage up spiral stairs. The room could have been cleaned better, bathroom toilet had a black ring in it, cabinet was dirty inside, floor was dirty. There is No service if you need anything, there’s a sign posted at the front desk about it. Staff is gone at night. It’s an old and scary Hotel, is it haunted?? Go in with an opened mind. But would not recommend, . Too much money for what your getting, and we stay in descent hotels , this was closest we could find for under $300 a night with a good location

Great location, great restaurants

The email confirmation received from Expedia indicated: Check-in for this property is based at a different location, 3, Sainte-Ursule St. (located next door). we walked to the address identified, which there was no # 3 on that street only to then try to just go to the hotel where there was someone at the desk. the address provided was NO WHERE close to being next door, and we wasted about an hour trying to locate the check in location.

Coffee maker did not work. Room was too small for normal size people. Weak internet. TV difficult to use. Steep stairs. Part time front desk staff.

Don't be fooled. Don't stay at this hotel. Save your money. The photos provided here do not accurately depict what they really look like. The place is a complete mess. Our room (1st floor near the front desk) was in a severely unhygienic state, particularly the bathroom, which had black mold and was so unsanitary that it made it impossible for us to remain in the hotel. In addition to the overall lack of cleanliness, the towels provided were unacceptable, they were dirty or with holes in it! Due to the urgent need to find alternative accommodation, we were forced to book a last-minute room in a different hotel at a significantly higher cost. Now, neither Expedia nor the hotel wants to issue a refund even though we couldn't use the room.

El hotel es de 11 habitaciones, 2 en la planta baja y luego 3 habitaciones por piso sin elevador, a nosotros tanto el Precio com perfectamente a nuestras necesidades ya que

Le fait que nos deux chambres étaient au dernier étage nous a rendu la tâche de monter et descendre un peu difficile. De plus, nous avons demandé à trois reprises du papier de toilette et lorsque nous avons demandé de changer les serviettes il n'y en avait pas. Les deux télécommandes des deux climatiseurs ne fonctionnaient pas, il fallait démarrer l'appareil en appuyant sur l'interrupteur de celui-ci, mais impossible de contrôler la température.
