Beautiful view from the balcony. Suite was beautiful. Very roomy and kitchen was great. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay there again when visiting family.

The suite was excellent - very clean and fully supplied for a 4 night stay. Parking was a bit tricky to navigate to suite location, especially due to weather at the time. Kind of a rock and a hard place situation.

Wonderful stay! We felt like royalty in suite 208, and our dog loved it too. Spacious, cozy and 99% clean (we did find hair stuck to the shower wall that wasn’t ours). Hot tub was fun in the snow, full kitchen was incredible and the bed…so huge and comfortable! Really nice staff and great vibes. We will be back

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! I arrived early evening for my 1 night stay- I had booked a king suite, which I had stayed in before and enjoyed it. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in. To my delight and surprise, I was upgraded to the PENTHOUSE suite! I couldn't believe it! The elevator went directly into my suite - I mean can you say posh or what?! The room was spacious and spotless, with soaring ceilings, a nice kitchen, a huge bathroom with a walk in shower, separate tub, separate toilet, and its own large king bedroom. You could head down the stairs directly to the hot tub. I even got a welcome bottle of wine! How fantastic! I can not express how grateful I was to have this upgrade of all upgrades - the Kelowna hotel I had stayed in the weekend before was a total disaster, with extra loud guests, a room that smelled like pee, stale sheets, and several things that were broken in the room. And this is a well known chain hotel where I normally have an excellent stay. I will always recommend The Castle at Swan lake to anyone - you get treated like royalty. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Had a nice stay while passing through Vernon after a road trip back from Calgary for a car purchase. My wife and I enjoyed a comfortable night here before continuing our journey home. A convenient stop and exactly what we needed for the night!

Quick and friendly check in. Nice rooms, great for some seperation with 2 beds and 2 baths. Second time here and we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was helpful to have and the hot tub was a really nice place to hang out into the night.

Great accommodations supported by outstanding staff. The suites are roomy, well equipped and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We were supposed to be VIP. Other than a bottle of wine there was nothing else that made us feel VIP. Our room was located beside the storage room, so we would hear room service come and go with their big bin. Additionally, the vents from the kitchen were right by our window and we could smell the fumes coming into our room. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and big enough, but these two things definitely made our stay average.

We were upgraded to a large penthouse suite. It was clean and well appointed. We went to the Castle restaurant for dinner. It was excellent. I would highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant
