広くて静かでいいです

色々な博物館が徒歩圏内です。治安良いです。朝食も南国フルーツが沢山あり満足しました。部屋も広くキッチンには、電子レンジもあります。米国と同じで歯ブラシやひげ剃りなどはありません。フロント親切です。ハウスキーパーは人によって掃除のバラつきあります。

If you are on low budget travel, I recommend this hotel. I had to change the room twice because both times, they have me un-cleaned room. Most of the stuff inside the room is broken, like door closet and even a main door lock. Again, if you are on low budget travel to bogota and looking for something decent, then this is a good hotel for this price.

Yes everything was great.other than on Sunday morning because of the location I guess there were loud noises sounded like a club or a gym it went on for hours..... Additionally I was trying to reach hotel because need them to check if I left my computer cord but could not contact them. Can you please help me with this. I was in room 1609.

Exceptional place to stay. Breakfast was as always a good way to start your day.

Excelente y muy buena calidad

El desayuno bufet, siempre es el mismo, solo arroz, empanadas, fruta, cereal, pan, omelette, jugos, agua, café y ya, todos los días, siempre igual. Llave de agua fría, no servía, me bañé con agua hirviendo, luego fueron a medio repararla y tiraba agua o desperdiciaba demasiada agua Luego... La puerta del baño no funcionó, fueron 3 personas en diferentes días a intentar repararla y nunca quedó, en dos noches tuve que salir al baño al restaurante y en otra ocasión al lobby porque la puerta estaba trabada. Mi pareja se quedó encerrada 4 ocasiones hasta que llegué a auxiliarla y nunca quisieron cambiarnos de habitación, a pesar que los de mantenimiento reportaron que no servía la puerta el último día pagué una habitación de mahor categoría y ahí todo bien, o sea que si tomas habitación más sencilla, habrá problemas

Recepción no aceptaba USD. Habitación solo 2 toallas cuándo reservamos para 3, sin cobijas, solo 1 papel sanitario, no agua para hacer el café que dejan, plancha toda quemada, poca luz no servían los focos, muy reducido el menú del bufete.

The suites are located in the heart of the city walking distance from the National museum , planetarium, bullfighting ring plaza de toros la Santamaría , there is a mall near by “San Martin” where you can find Crepes and waffles by far my favorite restaurant when I visit Colombia. The main square plaza de Bolivar is walking distance from the hotel taking 7th avenue across the street to the south is a pedestrian zone so you can walk nicely everywhere . Don’t miss out the Gold Museum, The Botero museum and Centro cultural Gabriel Garcia Marquez . (Make sure the museums are open before heading out and also the weather). I love the suites , breakfast is top notch I have not encountered anything similar around the world yet . My room had a Mountain View no matter the time of the day it was astonishing. I did not mind the noise because is located over a main avenue and glass is not noise proof . I’m an early bird so it was ok for me, but if this is a concern to you better ask for a different room.
