ピラミザ ホテル ルクソール

Good. excellent customer service, well maintained community spaces. Clean water and no debri in the pool. In our room, the window did not shut out air from outside. (always hot air came in, had to turn on AC with maximum power) Fridge worked, but it did not stand stablelly. But.. the hotel it was 1st or 2nd of good facilites in Egypt where we have stayed, from that this is good quality. Breakfast is well satisfied.

ホテル街のはずれにある大型ホテル。種類の豊富な朝食や深さ2.4mあるプールは楽しめ、隣に売店がある。しかし、目の前に白タクがおり、勧誘が目立つ。乗り物ではカードが使えないので、現金（ドル or エジプトポンド）が必須。

3泊利用したが毎日夜中(3時ごろ)までプール近くのレストランの音楽が爆音でうるさかった。その他はとても快適でした。

we booked a double bed with a single bed room but the room had only two single beds. After we asked the reception to obey the original reservation, then the reception introduced us a new room, but air conditioner, hair dryer and TV were broken. So we re-asked the reception to change the room. But a safety box was broken. It was terrible. And the shop inside the hotel required us extremely expensive price , f

夜遅くにチェックインしたが、屋上のレストランで食事をさせてもらえて良かった。 夜空に佇むピラミッドに興奮した。 PCR検査もチェックインの時にお願いして 無理して医者を呼んでくれ実施してくれた。 翌朝にはPCRの証明書を用意してくれ、とても助かった。 オーナーが片言の日本語が話せて親切でした。

lights have to repair after I checked in. Nothing was ready for complimentaly. even water, hot kettle.. midnight was no lights in the hotel and there was only security.. not like cairo.. maybe it is the Luxol standard..

I left the hotel within 30 min due to allergy attack from all the dust and lack of cleanliness in the room.

Balcony view was amazing. Breakfast spread was the best we got in Egypt. However, the Wi-Fi was not great and no Wi-Fi in hotel rooms.

Pyramisa hotel was wonderful, the massage lady was professional and the massage was great. We ate at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and the breakfast was incredible!

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Lobby clean but other areas less clean. No WiFi in the room so have to go to lobby. Less functional air conditioning so feeling stuffy hence warm room. Old hotel without updating.

地點很好, 去盧克索神殿及市集只須5分鐘車程, 酒店房間空間很大佷舒適, 在炎熱的埃及, 可以在中午時份好好的回酒店休息 會, 黃昏再出發。酒店有包車服務, 我們包車前往ASWAN, 價錢合理, 車亦很舒適。不錯

Our first visit to Luxor was truly unforgettable, and choosing to stay in one of its luxurious suites was absolutely the right choice. The staff's warm hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home with their attentive service. The rooms were incredibly spacious, adorned with elegant furnishings and modern amenities that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Despite our late flight, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring our comfort was prioritized. Breakfast was a delightful feast, bursting with an array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each bite was a treat, showcasing both local flavors and international favorites. We wholeheartedly recommend this amazing experience to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Luxor.

Hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant. Wifi is horrible, you can only access it in the lobby which is a big inconvenience if you have young kids. Food was great, lots of choices. Mohamed the cheff was very pleasant and would promply address any concern in the kitchen. Pool staff was also plesant and patient. I ate at the Italian restaurant while staying there and the pizza was great, any other dish was straight up a waste. The remainder of 6days I ate at steingberger Hotel which was amazing. Overall would have rather stayed at steingberger palace if I had done proper research. But I love and adore the staff at this hotel. They go above and beyond every day for the guest except the front desk workers who i find very rude

Tres belle vue sur le Nil et royaume des Pharaons ,le nil a 3 4 metres ,belle picine et terrasse.

Poor breakfast. When we checked in we did not get a suite but a normal deluxe room. We had to ring back to reception complain then we got the room we had paid for.

Hotel interessante, com boa estrutura de lazer, quarto confortável, banheiro bom, ótimo visual. Café da manhã farto, restaurantes razoáveis. Internet péssima.
