Great pool! Great staff! Amazing breakfast

Our first visit to Luxor was truly unforgettable, and choosing to stay in one of its luxurious suites was absolutely the right choice. The stunning panoramic views of the majestic Nile River and the towering mountains created a captivating backdrop that made each sunrise and sunset a breathtaking experience. The staff's warm hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home with their attentive service. The rooms were incredibly spacious, adorned with elegant furnishings and modern amenities that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Despite our late flight, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring our comfort was prioritized. Breakfast was a delightful feast, bursting with an array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Each bite was a treat, showcasing both local flavors and international favorites. We wholeheartedly recommend this amazing experience to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Luxor.

Hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant. Wifi is horrible, you can only access it in the lobby which is a big inconvenience if you have young kids. Food was great, lots of choices. Mohamed the cheff was very pleasant and would promply address any concern in the kitchen. Pool staff was also plesant and patient. I ate at the Italian restaurant while staying there and the pizza was great, any other dish was straight up a waste. The remainder of 6days I ate at steingberger Hotel which was amazing. Overall would have rather stayed at steingberger palace if I had done proper research. But I love and adore the staff at this hotel. They go above and beyond every day for the guest except the front desk workers who i find very rude

Good. excellent customer service, well maintained community spaces. Clean water and no debri in the pool. In our room, the window did not shut out air from outside. (always hot air came in, had to turn on AC with maximum power) Fridge worked, but it did not stand stablelly. But.. the hotel it was 1st or 2nd of good facilites in Egypt where we have stayed, from that this is good quality. Breakfast is well satisfied.

Poor breakfast. When we checked in we did not get a suite but a normal deluxe room. We had to ring back to reception complain then we got the room we had paid for.

Hotel interessante, com boa estrutura de lazer, quarto confortável, banheiro bom, ótimo visual. Café da manhã farto, restaurantes razoáveis. Internet péssima.

Excellent staff. Got hooked up with a great tour guide through the hotel. I would definitely come back to this one

ホテル街のはずれにある大型ホテル。種類の豊富な朝食や深さ2.4mあるプールは楽しめ、隣に売店がある。しかし、目の前に白タクがおり、勧誘が目立つ。乗り物ではカードが使えないので、現金（ドル or エジプトポンド）が必須。

It’s beautiful and calm, I really enjoyed my stay

Room was disgustingly dirty. Two bottles of fresh water, but one was open and half empty. We had two rooms with three small children and they weren’t together. Both rooms were FILTHY. Chunks in the floor, hair in the shower and sinks. No wifi, no towels. Even when we called for towels, we were delivered hand towels in my poor 6 foot. Three husband had to dry himself with a hand towel. As it was Easter Sunday, there was a course a raging party below until 11 PM with music so loud you thought it started in our room. Of course we couldn’t sleep and the children couldn’t sleep either. So it would make sense that with the checkout time at noon, the Maid would be violently pounding on our door at 9 AM and enter our room to figure out why we weren’t out yet. My husband and I from two separate rooms called to reception twice for help and neither time or we assisted. The next morning I pitched a fit and the hotel manager was angry and not apologetic and would only give me 50% discount. The view is nice, but we never had time to enjoy it.

Property location is great facing Nile on one side. But rooms really need some upgrade. Rooms are super old - for our room it was not cleaned there was hair on the bed sheet of the previous customer, we did not have water supply almost the whole night, we did not have hot water and they sent someone to fix it. Bathroom door was hard to lock. After letting them know the house keeping came to clean room. The whole room just has two pin charging points, we could not charge any of our devices and had to go to reception to charge our power bank. We had a converter but even that was 3 pin. Finally one of the staff member got us a diff adapter which helped. Breakfast options were good, Hotel staff our nice and receptive. They gave us an extended checkout due to some of our issues which was good.

Everything was great just wish the balcony was cleaned and not as dusty as we found it. But food was great, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable

Great location, great view an about a block away to the entrance of the pyramids. Food was great and so was the staff.

Amazing property in Luxor. Personally this was my first time traveling to Luxor, and I am happy I chose this Hotel. They seem to have been there for a long time, and definitelly know what they're doing. Rooms are clean and have a great view of the West Bank. Breakfast is delitious and they have a taxi service that is great! Highly recomend!

Every was good so far but on my stay one staff tried to enter to my room at night thank goodness I was in with the latch on.

Good price valued Hotel closest to the Nile. Make sure you have a room the Nile side. city view means street view and noisy traffic as from the morning. But reception helps to find better room

The owner turned the hotel into a cash cow. No renovation, bad service, dirty rooms, damaged furnitures, old beds. They just have the hotel because it is by the river. There are better hotels with similar rates in the city
