オックスフォードからケンブリッジへ向かう途中、チェスフォード・グランジに一泊しました。その美しい建築と広々とした駐車場にすぐに魅了されました。滞在中、スタッフは親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。部屋とバスルームはどちらも驚くほど広々としており、センスの良い内装で、ベッドもとても快適でした。ぐっすりと眠り、目覚めると素晴らしいビュッフェ式朝食が待っていました。
その日、ケンブリッジに到着後、娘がチェックアウトの際にホテルのロビーに荷物を一つ置き忘れたことに気づきました。ホテルに電話すると、スタッフはすぐに紛失した荷物を見つけ、DHLによる配送の手配を快く手伝ってくれました（ホテルの標準ポリシーでは英国への返品のみが対象となっているため、送料は当方負担）。迅速かつ親切な対応のおかげで、荷物は次の目的地であるフランスに無事届きました。
快適な滞在だっただけでなく、アフターケアも本当に素晴らしかったです。本当にありがとうございました！

The hotel is lovely and a great location for anyone visitng Warwick Castle. The room was clean as was the hotel itself. Staff were always around and very polite. Some of the meals in the restaurant was overpriced but I guess that's standard these days, would visit again.

There was a bit of a wait at check-in. 3 families checking-in but only one member of staff.
The family room was very large. The main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed had a thin mattress and we had to request another duvet to put on the mattress.
The shower was okay, but not powerful. Nice toiletries.
Breakfast was a standard buffet. Self-service for tea and coffee. The coffee machine was very slow, so there was a queue of guests.
Good location to visit Warwick university.

I loved this hotel. Beautiful location and driving distance to a few local towns. You need a car. Hotel was lovely and very rural. Staff were great. Room was lovely.
