オックスフォードからケンブリッジへ向かう途中、チェスフォード・グランジに一泊しました。その美しい建築と広々とした駐車場にすぐに魅了されました。滞在中、スタッフは親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。部屋とバスルームはどちらも驚くほど広々としており、センスの良い内装で、ベッドもとても快適でした。ぐっすりと眠り、目覚めると素晴らしいビュッフェ式朝食が待っていました。その日、ケンブリッジに到着後、娘がチェックアウトの際にホテルのロビーに荷物を一つ置き忘れたことに気づきました。ホテルに電話すると、スタッフはすぐに紛失した荷物を見つけ、DHLによる配送の手配を快く手伝ってくれました（ホテルの標準ポリシーでは英国への返品のみが対象となっているため、送料は当方負担）。迅速かつ親切な対応のおかげで、荷物は次の目的地であるフランスに無事届きました。快適な滞在だっただけでなく、アフターケアも本当に素晴らしかったです。本当にありがとうございました！

Easy check in and nice staff. Lovely and cool in reception, very needed in the very hot weather. Great location for Warwick Castle which is a few minutes drive away. Good car parking. Room was large and bed really comfortable. Aircon unit a bit outdated and not as good as it could have been. Lovely bathroom but very wide edged bath (tiled) with shower over so need to be mobile enough to get in it. Nice outside area with chairs, also trees to sit under however the hum of the aircon is quite noticeable if you are outside. Also be aware that you are under a flight path so lots of planes going over although this didn't bother us too much. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The hotel was lovely for our stay. The breakfast was good and included options for gluten free. There were a few spots that needed a little attention in my room mostly on the baseboards, the nightstand between the 2 beds had a broken shelf, and the restaurant service was a little slow but the food was filling the first time we went, the second time they were maybe busy but they put 5 shavings of cheese on my cheesy garlic bread and the soup was watered down, however I would definitely stay again

The property is in a peaceful location but close to Warwick. The main lobby is nicely presented. The pool is warm but was very busy and too small to swim in. We had a twin room which had been updated.The double was dated and had a broken trickle vent.There was no fridge in this one or conditioner in the bathroom. The staff were friendly

On arrival the hotel was nice and clean with lovely staff. We had a couple of issues - one was the tv aerial was sitting on the floor and my husband ended up having to fix it, even though we had reported it, but nobody came. The next morning I ended up with a cold shower, told a girl on reception who investigated it. It turns out the boiler for that side of the hotel had tripped out, and they needed to get someone in. They moved us into another room in the new part of the hotel which was fine, although an inconvenience to have to move. However, I much preferred the original room. I would stay again though. Nice pub and restaurant 5 mins down the road in Kenilworth- the Green Man.

Some friends and I stayed in the deluxe family room, which was very comfortable and air conditioned, with a mini fridge. The hotel itself was beautiful, the bar very cosy, and the breakfast was excellent. They brought out vegan sausages upon request for my friend. The spa was a big draw. There was just a steam room and pool, which were nice but the pool was quite small and full most of the time, which made actual swimming difficult. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We had a really lovely stay at Chesford Grange. The hotel itself has a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a great place to relax. The only downside was the spa facilities, which felt quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However there was no remote for the tv and the telephone did not connect to reception. The staff provided us with a remote that did not work so that involved another walk back to reception. A very pleasant member of staff came back with me and ensured a further remote worked. Later on the tv. pixilated and did not work probably due to loose connection which we couldn't fix. Breakfast was very comprehensive and well done.

The hotel is in lovely grounds by the River Avon & has lots of parking space. The location is within easy reach by car of Kenilworth, Stoneleigh Abbey, Leamington Spa and Warwick. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a bit small but fine if not many are using it. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you pay for it separately and a bit early for us, during the week, but there was a good selection in the buffet and menu, although you had to pay extra for some dishes. The dinner was tasty although my fish dish was a bit salty. The hotel isn't very eco friendly. There were little water bottles in the bedroom & we were given more the second day. I saw a trolley full of them. This is a lot of plastic waste. There is no need for plastic water bottles: wevfilled our own water bottles with water from the bar. Also, although we were encouraged to not discard barely used towels, one of my towels was uneccessarily replaced.

Before I write this review I want not only the non connected reader but, also whoever owns this place that the staff they have are really lovely. That's the good bit! Unfortunately what I next have to say is more negative. Which to be honest is a shame. We came here for Farm Fest and to give ourselves time away with each other. So, we paid "a little extra" for a nice time. It was actually my wife's Xmas present. We were allocated room 209. We walked in and both of us said ooo, it's a bit dated. However, let's not be hasty here, I travel the world and there are a lot of "dated" hotels. The very first thing my good lady said was, "what on earth is that big bump on the bed". It was nothing. The cleaner just hadn't straightened the quilt out properly. That sorted, we both needed the bathroom. That's when it all started going wrong! I was first. I immediately noticed that the toilet seat looked bad. Its difficult to know how to describe it. The best way to put it is that (bearing in mind this is a hotel!) no one obviously cared! Next thing was the water pressure for the sink. It just about came out. You couldn't miss it! So, again, obviously the cleaning staff either don't care or they have reported it and the hotel doesn't? Next thing we noticed was no water glasses. Not a biggy but, unusual. I took a shower and at the end of the bath saw 2 things. 1 was paint on the bath (again, not a biggie) but, then I saw the public hair! I took lots of photos of our room. Please just as

We had a really nice stay at the hotel was really nice. Bed was very nice and comfy. Only thing that let our experience down was the breakfast options. Different options of cooked eggs would have been nice instead of just fried egg. Would have preferred some scrambled eggs. The breakfast was okay the food wasn’t overly hot. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking is limited for the size of the hotel.
