The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. When I finally managed to book, the confirmation email I received revealed the treatments were booked wrong. And it took another load of back and forth to correct. We had ordered two vegan meals for lunch, one was incorrect and we waited 40 minutes for a replacement. The staff had run out of a few of the cocktails on the already limited menu and once we finally managed to order something they did have, the service was very slow. When checking into our room, the staff at reception sent us in the wrong direction, so we ended up walking up and down the stairs and across the hotel with very heavy bags. The room was lovely and spacious, but we booked it for 4 people and the sink was blocked, meaning it took a while to drain which was not ideal for so many people using it. The spa treatments were lovely, the staff were very talented and products used felt of good quality. The facilities were nice and clean. Overall I would book again, as it is a beautiful hotel, but lacking organisation.

Ruby on reception and we presume the duty manager was able to give us a very good welcome. Room was very good. Shower in the bath was not so easy to use due to the height and width of the bath ledge, but felt it added to the daily workout. Breakfast could have had a better selection but otherwise the cooked food was regularly monitored and topped up. Pool and steam room was also good .Staff generally were very good especially at breakfast.

Stayed many times. Good hotel friendly staff. Restaurant was busy so we got an uber and went into leamington spa. Room good. Bathroom fan very noisy and took ages to shut off. Leaking bath screen. Otherwise all grand. Breakfast was good. Could do with offering other egg options. Cheers

Was good - one night stay and cannot complain. Staff were great

Incredible place. Couldn't fault much, which is rare. The only thing we struggled with were the swim times for kids as there were strict adult-only sessions. However, staff couldn't have done more - they were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice enough and food from the main evening menu was good. The grounds are lovely and the inside is stunning. So many nice places to sit and relax or eat and drink. Location-wise, the hotel is in the centre of a triangle of places to visit. We chose Warwick for dinner on the first night. Dogs are welcome but this doesn't compromise the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. We had the most incredible stay. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Breakfast average. Restaurant for dinner was badly organised. Hot water ran out in bathroom and bath would not drain.

I had a lovely spa day here and stayed one night its was amazing

Only having 1 towel for two people is not ideal. The pillows are not the most comfortable and the temperature in the rooms and the corridors was uncomfortable. The ac in the bedroom didn’t seem to work properly and kept shutting itself off and then blowing out hot air in a room that we were trying to cool down. The kettle took so long to boil that we were showered dressed and out the room before making a drink. Parking in the main car park was impossible so we ended up in the event centre parking. Breakfast was okay but I think a premier inn breakfast is better. I’d stay again if I had to but probably not through choice.

A very friendly hotel with super amenities. and suitable location for our stay. The staff were very kind, polite and very helpful. Would come again.

Excellent stay - nice decor, very comfortable, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast.

The bathroom was tiny- no room for 2 people. Most of the time there was no hot water from the bathroom sink- the shower was okay. Food at breakfast wasn`t hot.

Customer service was amazing and really helpful. Food in the restaurant was top standard, rooms incredibly clean and spa was lovely. Definitely recommend

Great Hotel. Very close to Warick and Stratford Upon Avon.

It is a great hotel with good food choice in the Restaurant for both dinner and Breakfast. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable clean and have all you need. The Hotel also sits in some wonderful gardens and has Pool and Gym. I have stayed here many times and would always use the hotel when staying in the area.

Had a grew overnight stay. The amenities in the room were great. Very comfortable, they thought of everything. Lots of parts are newly renovated and well cared for. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Good stay

Our stay overall was excellent, food & service was spot on & my massage in the spa was unreal (& I’ve experienced many). Only negative I have is our room 340, was right next to the fire door to the lifts and stairs which meant it banged every time someone went through. Also we were woken up by the night staff using the bins at 5am (which would have been 4am if not for the clocks going forward) we were therefore too tired to go down for breakfast which was a shame but we were reimbursed for the cost & an apology was made and room number noted for the noise concern. Would recommend this hotel, maybe avoid any room next to the lifts & stairs.
