Kami menginap satu malam di Chesford Grange semasa dalam perjalanan dari Oxford ke Cambridge dan serta-merta terpesona dengan seni bina yang indah dan tempat letak kereta yang luas. Kakitangan yang ramah dan penuh perhatian sepanjang lawatan kami. Bilik kami, dan bilik mandi, kedua-duanya sangat luas, dihias dengan menarik, dan katilnya sangat selesa. Kami mempunyai malam yang tenang dan bangun untuk sarapan bufet yang indah. Pada hari itu, sebaik sahaja kami tiba di Cambridge, anak perempuan kami menyedari dia telah meninggalkan salah satu begnya di lobi hotel semasa daftar keluar. Kami menelefon hotel, dan kakitangan segera mencari item yang hilang dan dengan baik hati membantu mengatur penghantaran DHL (sudah tentu atas perbelanjaan kami, kerana polisi standard hotel hanya meliputi pemulangan di UK). Terima kasih kepada maklum balas mereka yang pantas dan membantu, beg itu selamat sampai kepada kami di perhentian seterusnya di Perancis. Room was very spacious, staff welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and well suited for my 3 children. Lots of parking. Spa and wellness centre were a highlight, lovely and clean, staff couldn't have been more lovely and welcoming and the pool was nice and warm and perfect for my young children.

Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel was really nice. Bed was very nice and comfy. Only thing that let our experience down was the breakfast options. Different options of cooked eggs would have been nice instead of just fried egg. Would have preferred some scrambled eggs. The breakfast was okay the food wasn’t overly hot. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking is limited for the size of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, the only negative is the bathroom (bath) layout. The ease of getting in and out of the bath with the surrounding boxing I found very unsafe. The step in and out is far too big. Even after using the bath mat provided and the hand rail I still managed to have an accident and I’m a young and fit person. The fact that a sign is on the wall telling people to use the handrail means the hotel must realise this is an issue.

The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. When I finally managed to book, the confirmation email I received revealed the treatments were booked wrong. And it took another load of back and forth to correct. We had ordered two vegan meals for lunch, one was incorrect and we waited 40 minutes for a replacement. The staff had run out of a few of the cocktails on the already limited menu and once we finally managed to order something they did have, the service was very slow. When checking into our room, the staff at reception sent us in the wrong direction, so we ended up walking up and down the stairs and across the hotel with very heavy bags. The room was lovely and spacious, but we booked it for 4 people and the sink was blocked, meaning it took a while to drain which was not ideal for so many people using it. The spa treatments were lovely, the staff were very talented and products used felt of good quality. The facilities were nice and clean. Overall I would book again, as it is a beautiful hotel, but lacking organisation.

Ruby on reception and we presume the duty manager was able to give us a very good welcome. Room was very good. Shower in the bath was not so easy to use due to the height and width of the bath ledge, but felt it added to the daily workout. Breakfast could have had a better selection but otherwise the cooked food was regularly monitored and topped up. Pool and steam room was also good .Staff generally were very good especially at breakfast.

Stayed many times. Good hotel friendly staff. Restaurant was busy so we got an uber and went into leamington spa. Room good. Bathroom fan very noisy and took ages to shut off. Leaking bath screen. Otherwise all grand. Breakfast was good. Could do with offering other egg options. Cheers

Incredible place. Couldn't fault much, which is rare. The only thing we struggled with were the swim times for kids as there were strict adult-only sessions. However, staff couldn't have done more - they were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice enough and food from the main evening menu was good. The grounds are lovely and the inside is stunning. So many nice places to sit and relax or eat and drink. Location-wise, the hotel is in the centre of a triangle of places to visit. We chose Warwick for dinner on the first night. Dogs are welcome but this doesn't compromise the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. We had the most incredible stay. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Only having 1 towel for two people is not ideal. The pillows are not the most comfortable and the temperature in the rooms and the corridors was uncomfortable. The ac in the bedroom didn’t seem to work properly and kept shutting itself off and then blowing out hot air in a room that we were trying to cool down. The kettle took so long to boil that we were showered dressed and out the room before making a drink. Parking in the main car park was impossible so we ended up in the event centre parking. Breakfast was okay but I think a premier inn breakfast is better. I’d stay again if I had to but probably not through choice.

The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. When I finally managed to book, the confirmation email I received revealed the treatments were booked wrong. And it took another load of back and forth to correct. We had ordered two vegan meals for lunch, one was incorrect and we waited 40 minutes for a replacement. The staff had run out of a few of the cocktails on the already limited menu and once we finally managed to order something they did have, the service was very slow. When checking into our room, the staff at reception sent us in the wrong direction, so we ended up walking up and down the stairs and across the hotel with very heavy bags. The room was lovely and spacious, but we booked it for 4 people and the sink was blocked, meaning it took a while to drain which was not ideal for so many people using it. The spa treatments were lovely, the staff were very talented and products used felt of good quality. The facilities were nice and clean. Overall I would book again, as it is a beautiful hotel, but lacking organisation.

Ruby on reception and we presume the duty manager was able to give us a very good welcome. Room was very good. Shower in the bath was not so easy to use due to the height and width of the bath ledge, but felt it added to the daily workout. Breakfast could have had a better selection but otherwise the cooked food was regularly monitored and topped up. Pool and steam room was also good .Staff generally were very good especially at breakfast.

Stayed many times. Good hotel friendly staff. Restaurant was busy so we got an uber and went into leamington spa. Room good. Bathroom fan very noisy and took ages to shut off. Leaking bath screen. Otherwise all grand. Breakfast was good. Could do with offering other egg options. Cheers

Incredible place. Couldn't fault much, which is rare. The only thing we struggled with were the swim times for kids as there were strict adult-only sessions. However, staff couldn't have done more - they were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice enough and food from the main evening menu was good. The grounds are lovely and the inside is stunning. So many nice places to sit and relax or eat and drink. Location-wise, the hotel is in the centre of a triangle of places to visit. We chose Warwick for dinner on the first night. Dogs are welcome but this doesn't compromise the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. We had the most incredible stay. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Only having 1 towel for two people is not ideal. The pillows are not the most comfortable and the temperature in the rooms and the corridors was uncomfortable. The ac in the bedroom didn’t seem to work properly and kept shutting itself off and then blowing out hot air in a room that we were trying to cool down. The kettle took so long to boil that we were showered dressed and out the room before making a drink. Parking in the main car park was impossible so we ended up in the event centre parking. Breakfast was okay but I think a premier inn breakfast is better. I’d stay again if I had to but probably not through choice.

The bathroom was tiny- no room for 2 people. Most of the time there was no hot water from the bathroom sink- the shower was okay. Food at breakfast wasn`t hot.
