So Noisy from other room. One of the travellers is talking near in our room.

Yes it's cheap, but I've stayed in much nicer places for the same price. Cheap uncomfortable mattress, light above bed and mirror didn't work properly, had to use my phone light to get ready to go out as the lighting in the room was so poor. I found a takeaway fork on the floor when I arrived, dirty coffee mug on the tray, and a piece of plastic on the floor at the end of the bed, so clearly not cleaned thoroughly after the last customer. Staff on the desk were lovely, polite and helpful. Windows are old wooden sash type, so my room was extremely noisy with passing traffic. The photos on Hotels.com are not representative of the room you will get.

DO NOT even consider staying in this place. It’s absolutely disgusting. Booked 4 nights due to work. Stayed one night woke up 1 o’clock next morning covered in bed bug bites left immediately and had to sleep in my car.Still awaiting a response from hotels.com for a refund.

Very friendly landlord. Extremely competitive price. This is a budget hotel, so no frills, but I was well looked after.

Friendly staff. Room and corridors could do with updating. Very loud. The reon either next door or below had various people in and out all night shouting and banging. To park on the front is £10 it you have to go and park in a side street. The bed however was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept on!

I have paid a lot less for a lot better. I understand dynamic pricing and why a Saturday night was £92.00, what I don't want for that price is a night in a hovel. The entrance way and corridors were tired and unvacuumed. The room was dirty, the ensuite unhygeniic and potentially unsafe. Not recommended

The Staff were exellent . the room was not good as Broken Tiles in bathroom and Lose cold water taps the carpet hard Marks on and the bathroom was ro small for use

Staff pleasant and helpful, room very dated and needed an overhaul. Room very cold and noisy

The room was way to small for two people. There were not even a bedside table as the space on both sides of bed was about 12 inches, so needed to switch off lights from the door. Shower and toilet was very small, that the washbasin had to be placed in the bedroom. The hot water tap needed securing as it kept spinning around. The bed was actually a fold up double, but mattress and pillows were comfortable. Only one socket in the room which the tv and kettle plug into. My thoughts are this room was highly overpriced. Apart from that we found the staff at reception very friendly and welcoming. Tge shiwer was very small

The staff were very kind & friendly, the room was clean and it was a short walk from the city centre which was perfect for our needs.
