ロンドンの中心地にある集合アパートメントの一室という感じで味がある。若き頃に憧れた都会の裏側的な雰囲気もありながら、静かで落ち着いける。室内は築年数は結構たっているが、白塗りで清掃が行き届いて清潔感がある。４畳半に近いがトイレ・シャワー付きでロンドン観光の拠点としては結構便利。ビクトリア駅は徒歩5分程。レストランや食料調達にも不便ない。トイレの紅白一松柄のタイルがワンポイントで雰囲気を醸し出している。ある程度の不備に対応する事は、何処でも想定しておくと良いだろう。

専用バスルームの部屋で予約したが確保されておらず、共有バスルームの部屋を案内されました。 その後の設備やスタッフの対応等も最悪でした。

2階の部屋でしたが、人が自由に行き来できる大きな窓に鍵がなく、隣の部屋とはベランダで繋がっていました。スタッフに話しましたが「誰も入ってこない」と取り合ってくれません。シャワーは熱湯しか出ず、ヒーターも壊れて動かず、テレビも途中で映らなくなりました。3泊の予定でしたががまんできず、キャンセルしようとしたらスタッフは常駐しておらずエクスペディアから連絡してもらいました。翌朝7時には出なくては、

枕カバー、シーツ、掛け布団に髪の毛や染み、ほこりが多数付いていて本当に汚かった。バスタオルも若干茶色がかっていた上に、赤色の汚れ(おそらく血)が落ちていなかった。シャワーの水圧も最弱だった。トイレは汚かったうえに、明かりも付かず、またトイレットペーパーは切れていた。あと、ヒーターがちゃんと機能してたから良かったものの、部屋の窓が完全に閉まらなくて冷たい風が少し入ってきた。本当に最悪だった。全額返金してほしい。

設備が壊れていたり古かったりはしましたが、立地がとても良い割にこの値段なら満足です。

あまりの汚なさに言葉が出ない。お風呂に入れなかった。

とにかく汚かったです。 駅からは割と近いのですが、まず到着して、チェックインしようと思ったのですが、ホテルに鍵がかかっていて、何か書いたメモのようなものが貼ってあるのですが、色が褪せていて読み取れず、呼び鈴のようなものを何回も押していたらおじいさんがどこからかやって来ました。 鍵を開けて中に入って色々と手続きをしたのですが、カウンターもなく、小さなテーブルと椅子で手書きで何かメモをして、鍵を渡してくれました。 部屋は一旦外へ出て、横のドアから入った地下でした。 部屋はとても汚く、バスマットは汚れたものが敷いてありました。 シャワー室も狭く、カビ臭く、気持ち悪かったです。 朝食は部屋まで持ってきてくれるのですが、まずいトーストと紅茶だけでした。 バスタオルは洗濯してホテル内の廊下や部屋のパネルヒーターにかけて乾かしているらしく、真夏なのに暖房が付いていてとても暑かったです。 余りにも暑いので勝手に暖房を切ったら、バスタオルは乾いていませんでした。

部屋が汚いので全く眠ることができませんでした

決してキレイではありませんが、言葉が話せない私に親切な男性スタッフが笑顔で朝食を持ってきてくださり、安心しました。旅の初めがこのホテルで良かったです。

ポット、バスルーム、ベッドがそれぞれ埃やシミなどの汚れがあり、綺麗とは到底言い難い。空調、テレビのコンディションは難なしだった。

Etat général médiocre. Aération dans la salle de bain non accrochée, état des toilettes et de la douche à revoir (sale). Pas de télévision avec état catastrophique de la télécommande (piles moisies...), pas de wifi, diverses coupures d'électricité, pas ou peu d'eau chaude et pas de pression, porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas, C'est dommage. Personnel accueillant - rien à redire

The room was so dirty. There was pee on the toilet seat and bugs in the shower and it looked like the sheets had not been changed for a while. I could not stay in this hotel. I ended up leaving to find alternative accommodation.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, didn’t know one night could go so wrong! Upon first arriving as this was a budget hotel we didn’t have high expectations, the check in online says between Noon-1, wrong. We were turned away until 3pm. When we got into the room the taps wouldn’t turn off fully, if you need to sit down on the toilet you best hope you’re not over 5ft unless your knees scrape the wall. And for the big finale. OUR ROOM FLOODED. The water woke us up at 6am, pouring through the lightbulb on the ceiling and through the cracks in the walls, when we phoned for assistance, the owner SENT ANOTHER CUSTOMER to deal with the situation and at first they was going to make us just leave the room (AT 6AM) until we begged for another room just to sleep in until check out at noon. Our belongings were soaked, it was a dangerous situation as the water was literally pouring through the electricals and 6am in winter we had to use phone flashlights to see if we’d even gathered our wet clothes. Upon returning home we applied for a refund, due to lack of sleep and soggy belongings. AND THEY REFUSED. AVOID!!!

I usually ignore bad reviews but this place was actually a scam. Not open. No staff. The welcome message said to call 123-456-7890. The hotel Enrico next door welcomed me last minute and was lovely!

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in (and there's been some truly awful one's) the door couldn't be closed from the outside so had to take all my stuff with me when I went out. The toilet was blocked and full of tissue paper and god knows what else It didn’t flush though water was drpping from the cistern the whole time. The tap for the sink had a dribble of water so was unusable. There was no heating throughout the building. The room was filthy with dirt marks all over the walls. I can't believe Expedia advertised this on their website. Whatever the price this shouldn't be available for a paying customer.

The room was not as described and the doors were not secure.. The room was smelling terribly and felt like it was not cleaned. Very unsatisfied and left as soon as I checked in

Bemmmm inferior, o banheiro estava estragado e tivemos que usar o banheiro do piso superior. Não ligam o hitcher, não tem sabonete no banheiro e não é tão limpo. Como íamos ficar só uma noite, foi aceitável

The check-in starts at 1:00 pm: we were there at 1:00 pm and no one was there to receive us. This hotel has no reception desk. A random customer from the Hotel calls someone telling him that we were there. When he arrived, he said that the room was not yet cleaned so we have to wait for 1-2 hours before moving into the room. 2 hours later, a person sitting at the entrance of the Hotel was not able to tell us in which room we should go. After minutes of waiting, we had the key for the room at the first floor: the bed was barely made, the flush of the toilet was leaking, only 2 cups set on a wooden stool (on the website there should be a coffee/tea maker) We were invited to change the room in the second floor which is more acceptable than the previous one, but we have to ask for soap, paper toilets, the TV doesn't work, the heater doesn't work but replaced by a portable heater which is already in a weird condition. The sink was leaking and the floor was wet. The ceiling was in a bad condition as well as the curtain. I would not recommend this Hotel to others. I suggests Expedia checking the Hotels you advertise on your website and the real conditions in which they are because it is very disappointing.

Disgusting don't even think of booking. I had to go to ahouse to pay, no card machine had to be bank transfer. Room was disgusting, door damaged and kicked in. Overpowering smell of damp and mould everywhere in room. I could not stay here, items ripped off of wall, earring on side table. Expedia were useless and offered 10% refund...as hotel would not answer them.

The room, staff and the bathroom itself is awful 😢
