Toilet has lots of improvement and it’s time to change the carpet. However, quite place and good place to go to city.

这家酒店真好，早上起来，发现全身被咬的大包，红肿，真的不敢再来

房間狹窄，廁所漏水，被鋪有污跡。附送的早餐是咖啡和茶，每人兩片吐司，wifi接收極差，基本上無法上網。

無任何設施，連水煲,嗽口杯也设有，很不放便

It's a nightmare, trust me. Very dirty I never seen.....dust and sands on the carpet, the towels were bloody stains, pillow cases were some coffee stains. I was stay in London 2 nights, but I changed another hotel...

I booked this hotel about 3 weeks before my trip. I arrived to find no answer at their door and a sign on the door giving a different address around the corner to go to, where I was then told by someone that the hotel is not currently open due to repairs and no anticipated re-opening date. There was not even a sign stating this on their own door nor was I given any sort of heads up about this prior. I then was stuck in a foreign country trying to find a new place to stay same day and luckily it was not too late in the evening. Absolutely ridiculous I was 1 even able to book this and 2 not be given any notice beforehand by anyone.

This property shouldn't be operating. The sheets and bed smelled so bad. Water was super hot not able to shower because there is no way to abdusted. The electricity was bad. I reported and they said they will give me credit for one night since I left and they didn't refunded any money. Please dont rent the place is better to sleep in the street than the place.

I arrived at the hotel to be told it was closed due to no running water, no alternative offered, disgrace.

The best thing about the hotel is its closeness to Victoria Station and a few shops and it has Wi-Fi, the bed was also fairly comfy. It was dirty and the room I was given had no kettle or a working TV so I was moved to another room which had both, but I then had no cup to drink out of so used a yogurt pot my entire stay, the only plug socket was on the wall by the door and I had to plug the TV into that which then meant I had to either unplug or limbo to the toilet and shower (which was filthy so I didn't use) and the TV was balanced across two small cabinets that again I had to move to get right! The only person I saw who came to let me in and then back to move me said he was also only a guest who was "helping out" In conclusion I would suggest only stay if you just want a cheap bed for the night.

This is a cheap hotel no question, but you cant find anything like this for this price with this location. The other hotels are either dorms or private rooms with shared bathrooms. The host was nice she let us check out late. Any inconveniences were solved quickly.

I stayed for 2 nights in a single room and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower, toilet and sink were visibly dirty on arrival. There was hair and dirt throughout the room and the floor had clearly not been properly cleaned or hoovered. This raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. My check-in was confirmed for 1pm, however no staff were available and I was not checked in until 2pm. Several guests were left waiting without explanation, which was highly unprofessional and caused disruption to my plans. Additionally, the room was nothing like the photographs advertised when booking. The standard presented online is misleading compared to the reality. Given the lack of cleanliness, misleading presentation, and inconvenience caused, I do not believe the stay reflected the price paid. I expect the hotel to investigate this matter and provide appropriate compensation.

Etat général médiocre. Aération dans la salle de bain non accrochée, état des toilettes et de la douche à revoir (sale). Pas de télévision avec état catastrophique de la télécommande (piles moisies...), pas de wifi, diverses coupures d'électricité, pas ou peu d'eau chaude et pas de pression, porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas, C'est dommage. Personnel accueillant - rien à redire

The room was so dirty. There was pee on the toilet seat and bugs in the shower and it looked like the sheets had not been changed for a while. I could not stay in this hotel. I ended up leaving to find alternative accommodation.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, didn’t know one night could go so wrong! Upon first arriving as this was a budget hotel we didn’t have high expectations, the check in online says between Noon-1, wrong. We were turned away until 3pm. When we got into the room the taps wouldn’t turn off fully, if you need to sit down on the toilet you best hope you’re not over 5ft unless your knees scrape the wall. And for the big finale. OUR ROOM FLOODED. The water woke us up at 6am, pouring through the lightbulb on the ceiling and through the cracks in the walls, when we phoned for assistance, the owner SENT ANOTHER CUSTOMER to deal with the situation and at first they was going to make us just leave the room (AT 6AM) until we begged for another room just to sleep in until check out at noon. Our belongings were soaked, it was a dangerous situation as the water was literally pouring through the electricals and 6am in winter we had to use phone flashlights to see if we’d even gathered our wet clothes. Upon returning home we applied for a refund, due to lack of sleep and soggy belongings. AND THEY REFUSED. AVOID!!!

ロンドンの中心地にある集合アパートメントの一室という感じで味がある。若き頃に憧れた都会の裏側的な雰囲気もありながら、静かで落ち着いける。室内は築年数は結構たっているが、白塗りで清掃が行き届いて清潔感がある。４畳半に近いがトイレ・シャワー付きでロンドン観光の拠点としては結構便利。ビクトリア駅は徒歩5分程。レストランや食料調達にも不便ない。トイレの紅白一松柄のタイルがワンポイントで雰囲気を醸し出している。ある程度の不備に対応する事は、何処でも想定しておくと良いだろう。

I usually ignore bad reviews but this place was actually a scam. Not open. No staff. The welcome message said to call 123-456-7890. The hotel Enrico next door welcomed me last minute and was lovely!

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in (and there's been some truly awful one's) the door couldn't be closed from the outside so had to take all my stuff with me when I went out. The toilet was blocked and full of tissue paper and god knows what else It didn’t flush though water was drpping from the cistern the whole time. The tap for the sink had a dribble of water so was unusable. There was no heating throughout the building. The room was filthy with dirt marks all over the walls. I can't believe Expedia advertised this on their website. Whatever the price this shouldn't be available for a paying customer.

The room was not as described and the doors were not secure.. The room was smelling terribly and felt like it was not cleaned. Very unsatisfied and left as soon as I checked in
