日本から娘が一人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方がとても優しくて安心できたそうです。 スーパーで買ってきたインスタントを温めてほしいと、お願いすると、熱くなるからとお皿に入替えてくださるというエピソードがありました。とてもご親切な対応に感謝いたします。 歴史を感じられる素敵な外観や美味しい朝食。毎日、楽しみにしてたようです。 お部屋にはバスタブがついていて、疲れをとることができてとても快適に過ごせました。 今度は私が、娘に会いにイギリスに行くときに利用したいものです。 お世話になりました＾＾

朝食がとても美味しくて、雰囲気のいいホテル。昔ながらのホテルが体験できて、とても思い出に残る場所です。リッチモンドパークをしばらく歩くと、鹿の大群やリスに出会えるし、夏の朝は本当に気持ちが良かったです！

Great hotel in the perfect location to visit richmond

Very happy with the hotel. It is our second visit and love it. The only feedback I would give is that the breakfast buffet felt like it had been out for a while and therefore wasn't so appetising. Additionally the room still wasn't cleaned by 4pm and why they did it they did a very basi job. My friends room had the wet towels picked off from the floor and hung up rather than changing. They took our towels but didn't replace them. The bin hadn't been emptied and the bed wasn't made. Felt like a job half done. Reception staff were exceptiona.

The hotel and spa were lovely, would definitely recommend! Great location to walk into town too.

Lovely hotel, next to Richmond park. Great staff. A minor maintenance issue with the room was immediately fixed despite the fact it was a bank holiday weekend. Friendly, efficient welcome, Tasty fresh breakfast buffet in lovely space, comfortable bed and good shower. Huge range of excellent pub, cafe and restaurant options nearby. Beautiful walks in Richmond park or along the river in both directions.

Superb hotel for a visit to Richmond. Great location on the hill just a few minutes walk to the park or into the town. The spa was ideal for a relaxing afternoon, restaurant had a good menu and very modern, comfy rooms. Will definitely return.

The room was far too hot and stuffy, the window was locked and we were unable to open it. The breakfast, £12.50 extra for continental breakfast was lacking in choice, one choice of cheese and bread. One small pot of coffee that quickly went cold.

Good value, everything was great.

Love the spa and rooms

Lovely location, great hotel. Only disappointing things, were The room wasn’t ready for when we got there - travelling with a 10 month old - this wasn’t ideal. Nor was there a travel cot provided. But was a lovely hotel in a great location.

Iharbour spa was my go to hotel its location is perfect for exploring Richmond but this time the house keeping was not good at all. I had booked 3 rooms for 6 ladies and whilst the refreshments were replenished the rooms were not cleaned. I realise that they are unable to make beds when there are items on them (not all of them had items on) but not to bring fresh towels and clean or switch out dirty cups and glasses for us was very disappointing.

Great stay

This hotel is wonderful. I’d had a really long day working so was tired but the hotel made everything better. Check in was great, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed. And also things I didnt like a mini bar etc. I went to the spa to relax and the steam room was really hot, the outside jacuzzi’s were bubbly and the right temperature and the pool a great size. When I went to dinner I was warmly greeted and told I could do some work in the bar whilst I looked at the menu. The menu was varied and I found it hard to choose. The wine list was excellent. I slept like a baby and used the well equipped gym in the morning. My only slight gripe is the Wi-Fi is poor, I had to hotspot from my phone but no biggy. I’ll definitely be back - thanks for a great stay.

Nice hotel let down by organisational issues. Staff friendly and hard working but at this price point expecting better. Coffee took half an hour to arrive at breakfast. Bagel not toasted and raw at lunch. Breakfast trays with food on them still in corridors at 6 pm in evening. Room was not serviced, when came back to my room at 5 pm staff was on the phone in the bathroom having not yet started the room service. Water stopped working in room in the morning. The bonus is though the rooms are expensive restaurant and bar are reasonably priced. Could be a nice hotel but management needs a refresh

Despite looking very stylish from afar up close the property let little tweaks of cleanliness dirty floors, cobwebs fingerprints on windows and glasses. We had a good stay however for the price and for its reputation we expected a little bit more attention to detail when it comes to the upkeep of the property. Also we stayed for two nights and didn’t get our room serviced once and had to ask on multiple occasions to bring clean towels the food in the gate was amazing again however lacked in the service that you would expect we would stay here again for its convenience and overall the hotel is very nicely designed however didn’t give the wow factor as we expected unfortunately. We also used the Spa which again needed some attention to the cleanliness the changing rooms had dirty floors and the staff whilst lovely were clearly inexperienced the garden of the Spa redeemed the property

Nice room and clean pool and spa facilities. I've stayed here a few times, and unfortunately the main issue continues to be the staff. Aside from the restaurant manager, the service feels consistently cold and unwelcoming. On my most recent visit there were four staff members behind the spa reception desk and not one of them acknowledged me when I entered. The restaurant service was also extremely slow. The reception staff are the same, including the manager, who I believe is an Asian woman. Even though I’ve stayed here multiple times and know my way around, there was no courteous welcome, no information offered, and not even a simple "enjoy your stay." In the end, I couldn't be bothered to deal with the cold service, so I skipped breakfast at the hotel and went elsewhere instead!
