Dear Hilton London Tower Bridge, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful hotel on Friday 06/02/26. This was a rare night away for us, without the kids, and we had the perfect stay. I want to give a special 'thank you' to Aneta who checked us in. She was absolutely wonderful, even at the late hour in which we arrived. She gave us a very warm welcome and helped make a great day, even more special. If you have any internal-Hilton recognition schemes, that aim to appreciate team members who go the extra mile, I would encourage you to consider Aneta. She deserves it! Thank you again for a lovely stay!

バスタブがあり、冷えた体を温められました。
アメニティーが少なかったですが、そのほかは部屋も広くて清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

1泊後中1日でその後２日連泊しました。
スーツケースを宿泊日でない日も預かってもらい、全てばらばらで予約したにも関わらず連泊の日はグレードが違った部屋だったのに同じ部屋にしていただきました。
場所もよく、ロンドン観光の際はまた使いたいと思います。

Convenient location opposite London Bridge station with hundreds of food/drinks options. Due to central location road noise could be heard from 8am. Also couldn't seem to get AC working and as it was late I couldn't be bothered to call reception.

It was clean room, the heating getting cold towards morning I noticed some guest requested heater which speak to the same experience. Perhaps for such hotel making regular check to heating is a must giving the price they charg. Other factor was the room looks clean and staff helpful

Super room with a view through the buildings of HMS Belfast. Plenty of space and good size bathroom. Breakfast was awesome 😀 such a great location right next to London Bridge station and Tower Bridge. Will definitely stay here again.

In Summe ein gutes Hotel und ideal um London zu erkunden. Bei einem Hilton Hotel erwarte ich allerdings auch einiges. Schlecht war die Zimmer Ausstattung. Das Mobiliar abgewohnt, der Sessel müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Federn in den Betten konnte man deutlich spüren. Auch hier wäre eine neue Matratze dringend notwendig. WLAN Hilton typisch eher kompliziert als intuitiv. Es gibt also auch einiges zu verbessern.

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but the bar was nice when we had a drink. The room was comfortable. It wasn’t dirty by any means but I guess it could have been cleaner around the mattress. Not that big of a deal though. Still really comfortable and I had zero negative experiences with staff. They were all great!
