위치가 환상적이다. 바로 2분거리에 런던브릿지가 있어서, 아침, 저녁으로 템즈강 산책하면서 런던브릿지와 런던탑을 즐길수 있었다. 아침 조식도 매우 훌륭하였고 직원들도 매우 친절했다. 기차역도 가깝고, 지하철역도 가깝고 근처에 걸어서 5분거리에 버로우마켓이 있어서 맛있는 음식을 영국에서 맛볼수 있었다. 런던에서 숙박했던 내 경험중 가장 좋은 선택이었다

Great staff and customer service. Location is convenient if you’re wanting to go about central London. Lacking in amenities such as a pool, sauna etc. More dining options would be great , however the breakfast menu was adequate. Rooms were cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable , but the room could do a minor makeover. Tv had streaming services so useful if you wish to stay in and watch a movie etc. Overall a good experience if your not going to be using facilities and want a convenient location to stay.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, lo único que pudiera reprochar es que ya se está haciendo un poco viejo el hotel, aunque tiene buen mantenimiento, el edificio ya se ve un poco viejo, lo mismo que algunas áreas de las habitaciones. No es un hotel económico y mucho menos por estar en Londres, lo que se paga es la ubicación, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

This hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to make us comfortable in the middle of London’s heat wave. From the popsicles when you check in, to the water and juice bar that is available 24/7 to the staff going the extra mile to locate two chocolate croissant’s. My stay was extremely pleasurable. Not to mention the comfort of the beds, the maintenance of the property and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We specifically booked this Hilton because it advertised air conditioning, knowing many hotels in London don’t have it. When we arrived during a heat wave, our room was 26°C (79°F). The thermostat only allowed us to adjust the temperature by ±4°C rather than set an actual target temperature. We turned it down as far as possible, waited as instructed, and nothing changed. After multiple calls, a staff member explained that the system normally targets 21.5°C but couldn’t keep up because of the heat wave. That explanation didn’t make sense. We had just come from Paris, where it was even hotter—around 40°C (104°F)—and our hotel’s air conditioning there had no problem keeping the room at 19°C. That’s what air conditioning is supposed to do. It felt like the system here simply wasn’t properly maintained. The Wi-Fi was another disappointment. The complimentary service was only about 2–3 Mbps. Upgrading didn’t work, and after multiple conversations with both the front desk and the internet provider, we finally received a code for faster service. Even then, the signal in our room was weak and frequently dropped. After a couple of days, it stopped working altogether. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well furnished, so the basics were fine. However, reliable air conditioning and internet are standard expectations today, especially at a Hilton. If those amenities matter to you, I’d recommend staying elsewhere or confirming exactly how they work before booking.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast selection could be better. Bathrooms could be cleaner but it was good.

A localização do hotel é incrível! O hotel não é tão novo, mas modernizado, com uma decoracão moderna e de muito bom gosto. Quarto amplo, confortável demais. Banheiro amplo e limpo. Café da manhã EXCELENTE. Equipe de funcionários inacreditavelmente competentes, solicitos e educados. Voltando a Londres, ficarei neste hotel!

Fabulous and friendly check in, Prosecco on arrival. Given preferred room, some small issues - gowns missing but soon rectified. Live tv channels not working sadly but offered a continental treat as compensation. Great location and overall stay.

Ella checked us in and was very professional and helpful. The room was lovely and the facilities were great.
