Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl

O hotel é excelente , ótimo café da manhã, um pouco antigo mas bem conservado, boa manutenção, mas valeria a pena modernizar um pouco. Ainda assim é excelente. Única coisa, é necessário ter carro, ou voce depende de uber porque é 20 minutos do centro.

The place is so nice and clean, but a little far from the city.

Staff at check in were very helpful with information regarding transport, etc, in the area. The staff in Beefy’s were exceptional and the food was delicious

Good location for pre-cruise stay. Excellent views over golf course or cricket ground. Expensive bar prices as you would expect. Food in Beefy's ok. Room large and spotless. What really let it down was the chaos at breakfast. Large queues waiting for tables whilst there were many tables in the restaurant which needed clearing etc. Not as efficient as it could have been.

This is a very lovely hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. We were ecstatic that the room was ready several hours before the standard check-in and we were allowed to go straight to it. The room was large, very clean and the views were soothing. The surrounding areas were walkable with several convenient shops and restaurants nearby. the only drawback: the room service food was bland and expensive

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff. Great location, clean rooms & good amenities. All what one would expect from Hilton.

The staff at the hotel was so helpful in getting taxis etc. Monika was so good at following up with us regarding the different requests. Food was very good. Our stay included free breakfast which had a very nice selection of food

The staff were exceptionally friendly. My only complaint is that when booking in I was verbally told my room number, even though it was written on the card. Due to issues all over the news recently it may be worth retraining staff re security for guests.

We recently stayed at this hotel after breaking down on our journey. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make our first night and phoned the hotel to explain the situation. The woman we spoke to didn’t seem very interested or concerned, and we were disappointed that nobody even asked if we were okay given the circumstances. When we finally arrived the following evening around 5:30pm, the staff there were friendly and welcoming, and the stay itself was pleasant. However, the lack of empathy and customer care during our initial phone call left a negative first impression. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but better communication and understanding in situations like this would really improve the customer experience.

Breakfast was exceptional, probably the best I've ever had in any hotel.Got the last available parking space,really brilliant service.The only thing I found wrong was the bed was really hard but maybe that was just me.One really top notch hotel this.

Beautiful hotel, clean room, very high spec, staff very friendly and helpful, just a shame about the other guests with no consideration for people sleeping, allowing their children to run up and down the hallways screaming and shouting

Room Was spacious. Balcony was good but big gaps at each side feel out small dog could’ve got under so had to keep on a lead at all times so not ideal Room was clean but did look tired not the standard I thought Hilton had

Hotel staff and rooms were fine but unfortunately the food in the restaurant was not! We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 50th birthday and bitterly disappointed. My food was cold because I had to wait so long for my side order so ended up sending it back. Others food was Luke warm. I did complain the next day and the operations manager very kindly refunded the bottle of champagne to us. Breakfast was ok and a good variety. Hence we didn’t eat there on our second night.

Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful. The hotel has found extra ways to charge the customer, for example parking now has a fee and this doesn’t even reserve a parking space, sometimes it’s full due to events or golf, being a guest doesn’t give you access to the spa, i booked a treatment with the spa and this treatment was around 80 mins, that should tell you how much it cost, and even that didnt give me access to the rest of the spa just the treatment room, though the treatment itself was amazing. I found the whole experience bizarre as I have never been to a four star hotel and was charged extra for literally everything apart from the room, wouldnt it make sense to make everything inclusive even if that means paying that bit extra?. Anyway that’s my take on the whole experience.

While the extra cost for use of the spa is a bit extortionate the overall stay and experience was excellent as usual, room is clean everything working correctly and staff friendly and actually ask how your stay was, something that i rarely get now in other hotels especially when my stay is poor
